Scheduling and monitoring screen time limits is great. As for the tracking feature. Im getting lots of inconsistencies with updates and locations. I set up home location and it only registers if they come and go half the time. Ive checked phone settings multiple times and they are correct. Im still trying to work out these issues to see if we can get the tracker to work better.

Wonderful app
Wonderful app! The alerts and reports are very helpful. The only downside is that it is easy for a kid to bypass the set rules.

Works adequately
Works adequately. Non-intuitive interface feature groupings, so initial learning curve is frustrating. Some features seem very limited or overly simplified, necessitating lots of manual tweaks. Each child must be configured separately. No app grouping for Android system apps and apps only appear in list after first use, so the initial allow list configuration is disruptive over a period of many days.

Way too many loop holes and horrible customer service. Would not recommend as it does not block much of anything. Does not work with most apps.

A little too restrictive on Mac. The combination need of websites and apps to allow access is tricky. Also ignore vs allow

Permission settings challenges
There was a significant challenge with setting up the kids qustodio app surrounding monitoring messages and calls, the process sheet talks you through how to do it from a clean install but I was doing after installing and how to do it wasn't clear. On top of that the Android settings required to make this happen don't allow it without significant changes to be made, changes that are not mentioned in the walkthrough, and that are very difficult to navigate through even with the help of AI, due to permissions not being granted to allow it to happen so every 15 seconds i had to learn the process getting a bit ruther each time before having to go back to the beginning due to the allow permissions walls interupting what i was doing

I preferred Bark but went ahead and…
I preferred Bark but went ahead and signed up with qustodio again because the kids have iphones so everything is hard. It doesn't alert to inappropriate pictures being sent which happened to us. It doesn't alert to a child finding away to change the vpn for no tracking....really it's good for searches otherwise and shows how long they are in their phones and I can block and turn off the apps...I honestly should have gone back to Bark.

Beware of getting trapped.
The app has some good qualities but my kid overcame those features and it was pointless using it. The worst part is they tie you in for 2 years which is very cunning of them. If you try to look for ways to unsubscribe it's so difficult or you need to cancel it by uninstalling etc, but they have your money for 2 years!

Youtube didnt actually follow the limit. Messages and call wont sunc without being plugged in and it keeps not working for whatever reason. Glad i wasted $140.

Not user friendly
Every time I go on the dashboard it shows there is no activity which is incorrect & I can’t view her location which is the reason I purchased the app.
