I cannot see my sons' apps. Also, I put a time limit for 9:00PM but he can still text and call even though I want to have no access past 9 other than to me or select 2 emergency people.

I have been trying to get the text & messages portion working on my mac. I have reached out to customer service and done all recommended steps and still can't get it to work. I am currently paying for something that is not working properly. My issue was supposed to be escalated on 7/14, but haven't heard back from anyone on the issue. Getting ready to cancel.

this program it's really helpful trying to monitor several devices on different operating systems, although there is several problems with stability and performance, we've been using paid version for over a year there was 0 updates or maintenance for the program

I was excited about Qustodio and even purchased a one-year subscription. Unfortunately, after my initial experience, I'm disappointed. It blocks Split Screen on my Samsung Fold, my banking app no longer works because of the VPN, and there is no option to exclude trusted apps like banking apps. I really hope Qustodio improves these areas, as the app has great potential but currently doesn't fit my daily needs.

I'm only new to this app, but it is so much more comprehensive than the program I was previously using! The alerts it gives are great, telling me where my son has been, enabling us to have those honest conversations about what is safe. My son is an adult with an intellectual impairment. He is more like a 14_15 year old, only twice that age now. He has been happy for me to guide him as he has recognised he needs help. This app is three times cheaper than the previous one. I also love the family pause button! It means I can sleep easily, knowing he is not up to I mischief!

this app was, as my son would say, was absolutely 'dookie' when he turned 18, I tried to remove it, but it wouldn't let me. when I tried to cancel my subscription, it wouldn't let me and I needed to get a new credit card.

I like the app itself, but the customer service experience was very disappointing. Support sessions are limited to 30 minutes, and my issue wasn't resolved before the time ran out. I was trying to get call and message summaries working, which is why I contacted support in the first place. It also feels like meaningful support is geared toward users with the premium subscription. If you don't pay for the higher-priced plan, it's unclear how you're supposed to get help when something isn't working. The app has a lot of potential, but the lack of accessible, effective customer support makes it difficult to recommend.

There should be an easy way to add time for the day without having to edit the routines - it is painful!! Also the kids cannot use google, it just blocks it no matter what setting I try and those options are very limited. It is a good app but could be much better and easier for the parents to use.
