Perfect, fast, accurate customer service
All I have to do is write customer service and someone is there with timely, accurate directions on how to fix the issue within hours. I had one item hit by lightning and their customer service tried so hard, when I replaced, I bought another RADDY product. Very happy

Every time I've ordered from Radioddity, I've gotten great equipment, great service and no issues. I had to contact customer service once (in order to figure out how to actually get a deal that was offered added to my order). Hazel, the CSR contacted me back with a link that had my complete order, with discounts on it, almost immediately. Great service!

Quick response
Had a strange behavior with POC radio ( SIM was not connecting to network), support ( very quick response) solved in no time ( had to use sim tray 2 instead of 1). I was pleasantly surprised by the support readiness and kindness 👌🏼

I had an issue with programming a new radio I bought from the company. I submitted a question, and received an answer. The answer allowed me to solve the issue. The staff followed up to make sure that all was well.
