I understand that your niche business service, however you failed to provide respectable clients to the people contacting for referrals and availabilities. After being convinced by your rep. to place my trust in your referrals, I was disappointed and even frustrated that I was told by your rep. that I would be contacted by the site manager to follow through with the storage rental within the day or the next. It has been three days and no contact. And I wish I could say that's all, but even my own attempts to contact the site manager failed to answer or return calls, also. Your company may claim ignorance about the property referral's site manager, yet in my experience in life, I'd say not all ignorance is blissful. I'd recommend crafting your terms with properties so that they are obligated to reach out as soon as possible to the real clients, with no later than the end of the following business day, or 48 hrs.; whichever comes first. yet real consequences my apply, first a reminder/warning of the offense. Then, a 15-day suspension from all referrals. Andi if a thirst offense occurs within 12 months from the date of the first one, then a 30-day suspension from all referrals, whereas any complaint thereafter would be a one year suspension followed by a 3yr ban.

I felt like I was lied to

I felt like I was lied to. I should be able to see a storage before paying. Two different age ts told me two different things regarding the storage.

The gentleman i spoke with on the phone…

The gentleman i spoke with on the phone neglected to inform me the was not in fact a storage UNIT. It was a shipment container. I wasted my time driving to the location to view the "unit". The lady at the desk was extremely professional and apologetic though. She explained those people who answer the phone have no idea what theyre doing.

The facilty was clean and the man helping answered all my questions and stayed calm when the the app wasn't working properly got us thru everything he was very patient with me I wasn't sure about being on the top floor but it wasn't bad with the lifts they had to send ur belongings to the floor ur storage unit was on and then u walk up the stairs to get ur stuff off the lift alot simpler than I thought it was gonna be ty

The salesperson makes it seem as though this place is upscale, newer, and techy. It's an older place, which is fine. The check in was fine, but the lock I was told that would be there was not. I had my own, so it worked out. The unit it clean and easy to locate.
