The employee was very knowledgeable and kind. She explained everything to me in full detail. Her personality was gentle and welcoming. I would definitely recommend others to this location. By the way, it was very clean.

When I opened the unit it was not fully cleaned out. Plus, there was a dead rat and droppings.

We were very pleased with the location and cleanliness of the facility. Will in Marmora was very knowledgeable and made signing up very easy.
I was first told that I would meet an attendant at the facility for paperwork and a look at the unit. I was also told I would get a phone call for an appointment. Neither of these are true. I tried to call the phone number given the next day, and it was an endless loop repeating the options 1, 2, or 3.

It was great until I had to buy a $14 dollar lock that I was not told about and insurance I had to purchase also. When asked over the phone I told them that I had renters insurance. I’ve got to take my declaration page back in 30 days.
Overall good and easy experience but I reserved the storage for July 31st and they had it effective immediately. There is no place to adjust the.Reservation start, but they sent me the email that I had to finish
