Even though they didn't have a unit…
Even though they didn't have a unit available, or my chosen place wasn't available, they put me in touch with another place, or rather they found another location that I would have never thought to look, and they reserved a spot for me all on the same phone call. I didn't even know such a thing was possible!. Saved me so much time and money in exchange for priceless piece of mind. The wonderful young lady I spoke with was just delightful, courteous. The overall experience was incredibly pleasant succssful and quick. And the surprise ending was 1/2 expensive and twice as accessible than all information indicated. Such a great experience in a world ever changing where deception is the common practice

Very imprest easy fast simpel didn't even have to leave my home.
Roy was very friendly
No Lift
I chose this storage unit because it said it had a lift. But when I got there, the lift was out of order. I am disabled and had a really hard time getting my stuff up the stairs. Also, the office isn't manned, there is a sign saying to go to a different office down the street.
