Very Rude and bad miscommunication
Very Rude and bad miscommunication. We, found a better place, no drama, no hassle, and not treated as if, we were trying g to store a stolen RV. There are no signs or a map display to know where the specific rental lot number is located.

Paid for storage for a vehicle and text information to them insurance and title information no ACESS CODE GIVEN!!! STILL WAITING FOR ACESS CODE

I thought the unit I needed would be outside accessible and it wasn’t. I also was not told on the phone about rate increase after 3 months and the lady at the location couldn’t tell me how much that would be. So at this time I’m no longer interested.
