Naming and shaming wbesite hosted by them - not even answering to queries, beware
Shinjiru won't contact me about a naming and shaming website that was set up using their services, no matter how I try to contact them and this way are supporting a criminal with their deeds. Obviously making sure innocent people are not thrashed all over the internet are not as important as making money from others and getting more subscribers.
When I finally managed to reach a representative on Skype their answer was: "we don't take down anyone website". When I continued to explain my case they became even more unprofessional stating the website is in a weird language (HU), they don't know the IP address so I should help them get it, they are only the registrar and they don't care - and after seeing my review here they even told me: "we dont reply becos of review".
So if you want to have your naming and shaming website hosted and registered by a completely irresponsible and unprofessional company, go ahead, you will have a great time as they won't help anyone complaining. If you are on the other side though, be prepared to the same responses.
horrible trouble shooting experience! My email was down since Friday 29/3 up to today. With more than 15 emails back and forth, the problem still persist. Now, how can a business rely on such provider that is unable to get problems solved effectively? Can you afford such downtimes that cost you money?

Sell team is very good and friendly. But the support team need to improve. your support team take too long time to solved issue. Maybe you can review the Exabytes hosting company. their support team is very good. every time will update the issue and information with customer.
About your hosting server is good and secure. But some time will have email down time. cannot send & received email. it will take 2-4 hours to solved this issue. Please take noted about this. Thanks.
