Picking up the vehicle at Heathrow Airport was easy enough but dropping it off in Battersea, London was a little tricky as there was no staff on the ground and the key drop-off point was not obvious to me. It was possible to communicate to Sixt Support via WhatsApp but still not ideal. Apart from that I was satisfied with the service provided.
This was our first rental with Sixt, but it won't be the last. We were pleasantly surprised at the friendly staff, the ease and quickness of the rental pickup and drop off, and their flexibility when our first flight was cancelled. We will definitely rent from Sixt again.

Smart, look-you-in-the-eye staff who trust the customer. My chosen car was clean, ready, and affordable when I got there; when I had a mechanical problem with it and brought it back a couple days later, I got a vehicle exchange and an upgrade, no questions asked. I used to be a Hertz #1 Club Gold member. That seems silly now. Sixt is a great rental company.
This company has staff who provide excellent personalized service, especially at the Sonesta Hotel in Orlando, FL. However, when it comes to billing, they often charge exorbitant fees for supposedly special washes, which isn't honest. They need to be more transparent about their final billing.
I have a last minute cancelation and had to find another rental fast and went to sixt. When I got to the desk he saw my frustration and was able to help get me into the van I needed for my trip. Very fast I wasn't there 30mins. They were very professional and cheaper than the other rental company. I will be going back when it's rime to travel again.

Everything overall was good except at turn-in. When I got the turn-in receipt it said the gas was 7/8. Charged $75 for gas, car was filled to the top, I learned to take picture of dash display when turning in.

Sixt is great. I've started using them consistently for car rental now whatever country I am in, and I am rarely disappointed. Staff are always friendly. Lines are never too long, or they move quickly, and the standard and quality of car is always excellent.
Delayed and diverted flight ....arrived after desk closing time. The guy on the afterhours helpline was very patient and helpful. Thanks to him we managed to go through online checkin/ car selection and guide us to car key collection automated box. Thanks for your time. Car was an Audi A3 automatic...a great car.
Check in was good. Car was not. Stalled several times. I know how to drive a stick. There was something off about the car. Took 4 days to get a response from them about an issue which was after we were back in our home country. Car was janky and odd. No radio. Stalled periodically for no reason. Not impressed at all. Not a great experience.
The agents I worked with were friendly and helpful. My original car was not ready. The option was a truck, which I did not want. The second option we found was damaged. They eventually put me in a Santa Fe, and the car was great.
