Booked a one-way business fare from…
Booked a one-way business fare from Brisbane to New York on the 8th July, money charged from my account. Phone call the next day stating last leg of the flight was unavailable, charged an additional $700USD and flight from San Fran to NY downgraded to an economy. So paid extra for a downgraded flight. Today is,Saturday 11/7/26 and I still have not received a confirmation with the itinerary. Only have their booking reference number that suggests the flights have been ticketed......but doesnt reflect the recent changes. After a number of emails they have gone cold, no replies thus far. Next step to escalate to my bank to investigate these fraudulent transactions for services not provided. We are not talking a small amount of money but close to $5000 AUD. What seemed like a good price initially has turned into a stessful nightmare. If possible do not deal with this lot as they create alot of unnecessary anxiety!

Dodgy website
Dodgy website. Card charged a lot more than the amount displayed. Airline name is also different to what I booked. I am yet to receive "confirmation", so will need to wait if I have been scammed.
