Absolutely outstanding customer service!

We found everything we hoped for, even more. The customer service, even on a weekend I have to say, is awesome. Fast, extremely friendly, and professional. It pushed our business more than one step up to successfully run our business. Definitely a five star A+++ rating. Not to forget about the easy and smooth handling of the platform itself 👍👍👍

Worst service ever

Worst service ever, my order since 25 February is not shipped yet, nobody to answer me even the account manager, I asked for a refund, still waiting to this day. If you can, just avoid this website.

SourcinBox has been incredibly useful for my business. It's so important to have good fulfillment as it is an integral part of any ecommerce business, and SourcinBox is a true partner. They dedicate a customer manager to you, and mine - Wade - has been so helpful with everything, from sourcing to custom requests. The company offers so many useful services, shipping methods, everything you need from a fulfillment company and then some. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a fulfillment company or agent!

SourcinBox is Exactly What I'm Looking For

SourcinBox has done nothing but an outstanding job at meeting my fulfillment needs! Their professionalism and communication gives me a lot of conviction that they are experienced and can be trusted. The app interface is easy to follow along, and I like the fact that they integrate directly with my Shopify store. My fulfillment agent Zin Zhuang has been nothing but exceptional over the past months that I've worked with SourcinBox. Very friendly, happy to help, and transparent in communication. She is a great representative for SourcinBox!

Sourcinbox one-to-one customer…

Using sourcinbox one-to-one customer service, the response is very timely, which makes our communication very efficient. I like their service, they help me solve the problem very well.

Sourcinbox is a very good platform

Sourcinbox is a very good platform, I have been using it for few months now. Although there a few things which can be improved, like to keep the processing time within the indicated 3-5 days. The thing which has worked the most for me is working with manager Zeo Zhang, he is absolutely delight to work with. He is the reason why I like Sourcinbox. Without Zeo Zhang, I would have probably left Sourcinbox platfrom. Thanks Zeo and keep up the good work!
