I love the panties I’ve received so far. They’re good quality and comfortable. I wish they were a little sexier and also wish they carried Brazilian cut bc I like wearing that style the best. I did have to go on and reset my size down a size, after my first order.They seemed to run slightly big, especially the “no show” style.
Im going on my third month of my subscription and so far I'm very happy! I'm impressed by the quality of my Splendies, I can honestly say I prefer them over most brands Ive tried recently. I've washed them several times and they're all holding up extremely nicely. Not to mention, each pair is incredibly comfortable. I'm always excited to get my monthly gift to myself 🥰

Horrible. I signed up in September because all the reviews showed I would get the Halloween undies. Even the website showed a 'spoiler' of what would arrive. I also signed up for the variety pack which I believed to be a mixture of panties and thongs. I received 3 pairs of panties, no thongs, and none of them were Halloween themed. I emailed Splendies and went back and forth with them. They told me the variety pack is not a guarantee of a mixture of underwear, it's a 'surprise'. They also told me if I wanted to try and get the Halloween underwear, I could RESUBSCRIBE in the same month for another $16.99 and MAYBE get the Halloween themed underwear. This service sucks and they just want your money.

A set of pajamas was added to my order without my permission. They have sent receipts with discrepancies trying to say I added them. Customer service refused to cancel them. I have been waiting for approval to return them for a week. Customer service has not responded to my emails for 3 days now because I mentioned the fact that it felt like I was being scammed. I approved a charge of 8.49, and got charged $46. So buyer beware. Also one receipt says that they were $39.99 and the other says $34.99 plus tax. They aren’t explaining that either.
what makes my experience great is these are underwear and designs you only find here!! they’re so soft, adorable, and so unique in every pair. the designs are adorable and i love how every pair is different.
I ware these Splendies most every day and im a older lady but they are the best wearing underwear I have ever put on they dont crawl up my butt at all they feel so soft against my skin and the price fits my budget I have friends and relatives that say they want to try them .

I love splendies I get them every month, I'm so excited to see what the next month designs are, my daughter is 14 and she loves them as well, the quality is amazing and the sizes are always correct... They prices are amazing... They always arrive on time... I'm a plus size women and I absolutely love material and how the fell... I won't go back to buying any other underwear... If it's not splendies it's just not for me... All I can say is absolutely amazing...
Awful quality and very inconsistent sizing. Designs are cute but thats how they get you. They DO NOT send reminders that your subscription will renew so you gotta cancel immediately. And the undies dont last. Be it falling apart or shrinking so much They are a complete different size. Most uncomfortable underwear and I got a rash from one of the thongs. They are designed for a barbie doll not someone with curves. Honestly was probably made by 5 year olds. Please dont waste your time or money. So many people on reddit had the same problem and I so wish I read that first before even trying the freebie. Try Cheek Boss, all size inclusive and SO comfy!
