I am completely SHOCKED at how comfortable these undies are!!! AND AFFORDABLE!!! Like i haven’t said those 2 words in the same sentence for a long time “ Comfortable & Affordable “ . Initially I thought that I’d cancel after just receiving a few pairs , but the anticipation I get every month of what my new undies will look AND feel like has made it REEEEALLY difficult to cancel! OHH and I also got a pair of smiley face joggers from splendies that if I could I’d LIVE IN!!!! Basically what I’m trying to say is I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SPLENDIES, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED !

I will never support this company…
I will never support this company again, and I would encourage others to think twice before doing business with them. I canceled my subscription, but for some reason the cancellation never processed. I needed to pause my subscription for just one month so I could afford life-saving medication. Because they didn't take the payment until three days after it was due, I reasonably believed the cancellation had gone through. When I contacted customer service and explained the situation, they refused to issue a refund. Apparently, a $20 charge was more important to them than showing any compassion or understanding for a customer facing a serious medical situation. What is most upsetting is not the money itself—it's the complete lack of humanity. A company that cannot make an exception or offer a refund under these circumstances has made it clear where its priorities lie. It's hard to understand how retaining a $20 payment is worth more than treating a customer with basic decency and empathy.
I'm in love!
They sent me all different varieties all different materials along with different styles and I absolutely love them it is so nice to have underwear that actually fit me because I am somebody who has a smaller waist in bigger hips and it's not always easy to find underwear that actually covers what I'm looking to cover. And the subscription price is great!

Poor quality
Sizes inconsistent. Couldn’t get a good fit. When I did they stretched out super fast. Don’t stay in place, waste band kept bunching and rolling down. Complained to company and they said their product isn’t made for my body type, despite advertising body positivity. Very disappointed.

Quality has gone VERY down hill. Just got my package for May and wore my first pair and the gusset is already ripped from the sides of the underwear. The synthetic material is horrid for your health. They are NEVER cotton based.
