There is no waist band and this is why. I’ve tried sewing them up for a better fit but the fabric just stretches and stretches, no recoil. They are not breathable at all. I don’t get why so many people like them.

I signed up and have now been charged for my second month while having never even received my first month's order. Why has my first month not arrived and my second month already shipped? This doesn't even give me the opportunity to check the quality and fit to know if I even want a second month's order. Poor customer service, in my opinion, and subscription has been canceled. They're using their discount as a bait, not an opportunity to prove that the subscription would be something of value to you.
I received my order very quickly! Every item ordered fit like it should, is super comfortable and the material is so soft!! Will continue to order from here as well as refer friends and family.

My wife just received this week two charges on her credit card. When she contacted them they said her account hasn't been used since 2020 and couldn't tell her why there was a charge. Then there was another charge made. So she contacted visa who has removed and replacing her card. I would stay away from this company. They are crooked.
Sizing is inconsistent. If you’re in doubt, size up especially for anything cotton or bikini style. No returns for hygenic reasons (which I appreciate as a customer), but I had to waste money on pairs until I figured out the sizing. I used the size charts to determine, but they don’t seem accurate given my experience with Splendies underwear. I skipped a month on my membership and am trying to decide how much more money I’m willing to part with since I’m never sure if a pair will fit or not.
Every month I get their three pack monthly underwear subscription. They give options for a all thong pack, a mixed pack, or all bikini pack for 19.99 or one for 9.99. They ship very fast and answer any questions on time. The underwear is amazing quality I still have a pair from six years ago with no issues.

I was a customer for years. Had all 3 subscriptions. At some point, they stopped sending all of the packages they were supposed to, so i canceled 2 of the subscriptions... leaving 1. I wound up canceling that remaining subscription as well. It has been 3 billing cycles of getting charged for canceled subscriptions that they somehow renew 1 on their own. I complained and asked for a refund- I was sent the subscription instead, well they sent 3/6 months. I changed my card TWICE. I'm still being billed. I've repeatedly asked to be taken out of their system. They will not. I've canceled and canceled only for Splendies to renew it and continue to charge my account via an expired card, and a canceled card. I don't know how it's happening successfully as I've checked through PayPal and Google and can't find the method they are even using to submit these payments. I'm almost 40 years old, I've never had any experience even close to the situations I've experienced with this company. I can't make it stop and I feel like a hostage as a consumer. This business is terrible with their practices of fraudulent activity. I would tell anyone to run away from them as fast as you can. It's not a coincidence that it's difficult to find where to leave a bad review, their Google maps is permanently closed so no warning other consumers that way either. Don't trust the good reviews they incentivize and solicit from new customers... they didn't start doing this to me until about a year after I became a customer and wanted to cancel bc they started becoming unreliable sending out the products I paid for.
Every pack I've gotten from them have been so comfy and cute. I started on splendies back in 2021. I've always like the brand and how each pack is so different from the last. The patterns have always felt so good with my anatomy. Always getting a surprise is a special treat every month. Usually I go with the no thong pack cause I'm particular about my thongs.

I have been in love with my monthly subscription for over a year now, I love how easy it is to change sizes as needed, and even choose a different style if you don't like certain styles.
I love the variety of prints. There are styles I never would have tried or worn had I not had their subscription. The price is reasonable.
Splendies are the most comfortable undies I have ever worn. I have never gotten a pair I haven't loved.
