DO NOT PURCHASE ANY KIND OF WARRANTY THROUGH HOME DEPOT! The warranty services are provided through SquareTrade and everyone there seems to be inept in their jobs! We have had a broken Whirlpool washing machine for over a month now, and the company SquareTrade works with can't seem to order the right parts or ship them in a timely manner. Do yourself a favor and avoid the massive headache that is SquareTrade and their useless warranty service!
They didn’t even agree that I had coverage with them and that took 3 days to sort out. Then another day to get approval for the repair. Fortunately I requested to speak to a supervisor, otherwise it would have taken even longer. I did eventually get paid but it should not be this hard!
Fast. Honest and efficient. Pleasure to do business with. No haggling. Was treated right on my washer that kept having problems. Will use them again.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Website NEVER works when trying to file a claim. Bought through Walmart in February. Trying to get a replacement in July. Crickets. There is no contact info to actually speak with someone and the site keeps telling me I don't exist, even though it los me in and asks if I want to log out. I will never use this product again - through Walmart or any other merchant. Do not purchase this. They do not want to replace your item or help you get a resolution!

Allstate / Square Trade, was a good company at one time but now it's not worth the Email it's printed on! They do not pay what they promise and you have no recourse. WARNING stay away from this company, especially if your insuring a phone

Booked a time slot and took off work. They changed the timeslot, so I had to take off the whole day. Wrong part ordered. Tech guy left parts on floor and counter. Said he would reorder correct part and it may take 3-5 more business days. This was a Friday, so have to wait another week.

It’s best to get your stuff I guess at Amazon I have had nothing but good things to say about their customer service And when I replace something it is quick it doesn’t take so long so yeah I would never buy again at Walmart because that’s the only warranty they have is all State so no not recommended. Don’t like their service.
