I have paid for protection plan to cover equipment, however I was told to contact manufacturer . They are not responding and the protection plan has done nothing to fix or replace the exercise equipment.

The process of submitting evidence is annoying because you don't get any feedback or instructions of next steps. I had to contact a customer service agent via chat and they solved immediately. I'm giving 5 starts to them, not to the self service process.

I would have given a 5 star, but the initial response was “I need to file a claim with the manufacturer since the purchase was less than 1 year ago. I had to explain the policy stated I am covered on day 1.

My eye glasses did get replaced, so that experience was great. Getting you all the information you required wasn't as easy as it should be. There is an opportunity for you to improve in that area.

Second time was much better

Second time was much better. All Appliance actually fixed our washing machine. First servicer, Carlson Appliance sucked…did absolutely nothing. I’d take them off your provider list.

Quick and easy transaction

My phone from Consumer cellular got damaged. They gave me a number and had me call Allstate protection. Very courteous customer service rep took some information and sent me a new replacement phone, no charge, and shipped it overnight, no charge. Very happy and satisfied.
