Scam
Scam trial. Will not let you cancel, and the signup bonuses are all lies.
EDIT: The online system pretends to let you cancel, but when you refresh it is still active. No email confirmation of cancellation is sent - I think that's pretty telling that they don't want a paper trail.

Stamps.com has assessed $2,910.76 in UPS "DIM Corrections" against our account and has refused to provide any documentation substantiating these charges. We have been disputing these charges since January 2026—nearly four months with no resolution.
Between September and December 2025, we shipped 22 identical boxes with exterior dimensions of 55 5/8" x 48 3/8" x 3 5/16". We rounded the label measurements up to 56" x 49" x 4". Allegedly, per Stamps.com, UPS increased the measurements to 57" x 51" x 4". Of these 22 shipments, 20 were billed correctly at the dimensions we entered. Only 2 were subject to these erroneous adjustments. This 91% accuracy rate with identical packaging demonstrates that the billing discrepancies originate with Stamps.com or UPS scanner error, not with our measurements.
When we disputed the first erroneous charge, Stamps.com acknowledged the error but refused to refund our credit card—forcing us to accept postage credits that could only be used through their platform. We had no choice but to continue using their service. Then it happened again: the second erroneous DIM correction exceeded $2,900, and this time they refused to credit anything at all.
When we formally disputed, we were informed that "UPS is not required to provide proof." We submitted manufacturer specifications for the boxes in question along with photos with a measuring tape, showing the size of the box. Stamps.com dismissed this documentation and refused to credit the erroneous charges.
A complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau. Stamps.com is not BBB accredited—their Austin profile shows "under review" with no rating. They responded with a boilerplate statement and failed to address the documentation provided. The complaint was closed as unresolved.
We made multiple requests for a U.S.-based supervisor to call us. We received one call from an overseas supervisor who stated he was going on leave and would escalate the matter. No phone call was ever received.
Stamps.com operates as a reseller, purchasing UPS postage at wholesale rates and reselling at a markup. They retain the profit margin on these disputed charges while accepting no accountability for billing errors. UPS scanner errors are well-documented in the industry—boxes can measure larger due to tape lifting, or packages being scanned too close together on conveyors.
A party demanding payment bears the burden of substantiating the debt—refusing to provide documentation while demanding payment raises serious concerns under California's Unfair Competition Law (Bus. & Prof. Code § 17200), which prohibits unfair and deceptive business practices.
Regrettably, the next step is small claims court — where court costs and damages for the significant time this dispute has cost my business will also be sought.

Dear Kevin,
Thank you for your inquiry. We appreciate and consider your feedback and take our customers’ concerns very seriously. Thank you for sharing your concerns. Based on UPS’s findings and applicable carrier terms, we are unable to take further action on these shipments, and we’d like to clarify UPS’s determination and ShipStation’s role in this process. The tracking numbers were reviewed through UPS’s formal audit process and were deemed valid based on their records.
UPS’s assessment is based on their internal measurements and handling requirements throughout their network. These determinations are outside of ShipStation’s control, and we are unable to override or further dispute them once UPS has completed its audit.
Per the UPS Tariff/Terms and Conditions (Page 22), shippers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipment information in the UPS shipping system, including service selected, number of packages, weight, and dimensions. If any aspect of the shipment information is deemed incomplete or incorrect by UPS—in their sole and unlimited discretion—UPS may adjust charges at any time. Additionally, package dimensions may change during transit, which can impact dimensional weight and size-related charges used for final billing.
We show that UPS has completed its review and rendered a final determination. However, if you encounter future UPS post-shipping adjustments that you would like reviewed, you are welcome to submit those directly through our claims form here:
https://help.shipstation.com/hc/en-us/p/claim-form
For additional guidance on how UPS post-shipping adjustments are assessed and ways to reduce the likelihood of future charges, we also recommend reviewing our resource here:

I cancelled in September of last year and have notified them several times to stop charging me. They sent me a confirmation of my cancellation in September....but they still charge me 20.99 each month and I have to go to my credit card company to dispute the charge. Hopefully, these are fools making honest mistakes, not a organized scam to rip off customers.

Fox Den Reviews: Broken System, Hidden Fees, Zero Support
This has easily been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
I reached out multiple times about an issue with my order—calls, emails, everything—and was completely ignored. No responses, no follow-ups, nothing. To make it worse, the only “customer service” email provided through the app is noreply@ email address, which means your message literally goes nowhere. You can’t even contact them properly. Phone support seemed clueless, rather than canceling the order they had to submit the cancelation to another deposit.
They also send out AI-generated emails with links that don’t even work, which just adds to the frustration. It feels lazy and completely unhelpful when you’re trying to fix a real issue.
Then comes the billing. They quietly slip in a $20+ monthly membership fee that isn’t clearly disclosed upfront. On top of that, you’re pushed into buying their overpriced, brand-specific label sheets for thermal printers. The pricing is ridiculous—especially when USPS offers many of these supplies for free.
And here’s the kicker: I was told my order was canceled… yet it still shipped anyway. Now I’m stuck paying return shipping on something THEY said wouldn’t even be sent.
At this point, it doesn’t just feel like poor service—it feels misleading and borderline scammy.
Fox Den Verdict: Broken support system, deceptive pricing, and a frustrating experience from start to finish. Avoid at all costs. order THEY said was canceled. That’s not just bad service—that feels shady.
Between the lack of support, misleading subscription model, and overpriced supplies, this feels more like a money grab than a legitimate service.
Fox Den Verdict: Overpriced, unresponsive, and borderline scammy. Avoid

Hi Gary,
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and respect your feedback. We are taking your feedback seriously and apologize for the experience. Reviewing the order issue, we show that a refund has already been issued for this order. A refund was requested on 4/11 and was processed on 4/13. Our email address is [email protected], although some automatic invoices and statements may include a noreply address. Customers may contact us via email, chat, and phone at 888-434-0055.
While we do sell supplies at https://store.stamps.com/ we would like to clarify that for many of our mailing options, the Stamps.com service and software are usable without any supplies or equipment purchased from us. Customers can begin using Stamps.com immediately upon opening an account and installing our software. No additional hardware or supplies are needed to start printing postage. The Stamps.com software allows customers to print valid USPS postage directly onto standard non-windowed envelopes (#8,#9,#10, etc.), and plain paper for barcoded Shipping Labels, for example. Customers may also use labels purchased from a 3rd party office supplies store, such as Avery or NCR labels. Stamps.com customers do not have to purchase Stamps.com scales, and can use scales purchased from an office supplies store.
We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding our fee structure. We hear your concerns and we fully disclose our fees before any account can be created. We don't advertise or offer a free or pay-as-you-go service, and as disclosed and explained during registration, we do charge a $20.99 monthly fee after the 4-Week Trial Period, which ended on your account on xxxx.
The fee we charge gives you access to services of the Post Office and the license to print official U.S. postage. It’s a flat fee that is not determined by how much postage you print. Stamps.com is a vendor licensed by the USPS, and all paid postage goes directly to the Post Office. In order to offer our standard service, we do charge a monthly subscription fee, as stated in our Terms of Service: www.stamps.com/conditions
We never charge people without their full agreement during our online registration process. Our service fee is not based on usage or activity. The monthly subscription service fee that Stamps.com charges is for access of the Stamps.com software, which allows customers to print postage from the comfort of their home or small office using just a PC and a printer. Our service is a monthly subscription service so it’s not based on usage of the software, but rather on having access to using it. We believe in full disclosure, and information about our fees is available on our website, interface, Terms, and FAQs. If we can help you any further, please let us know. We're so sorry to hear that this was your experience. We pride ourselves on amazing customer service and a great product.
Sincerely,
Paul

Service was great until...
Service was great until about 7 months ago when an update caused adding extra services such as non machinable charge to first class mail to not actually be applied once it prints. The interface showed it should be applied but it never added it the envelopes, just the base stamp price. I reached out to support to inform them of this issue and that it is critical to my business operations. They said it was a known issue and that they are working on it and I will be notified when it is fixed. That was 7 months ago. It still doesn't work. I have to use alternative methods to continue my business operations and I am looking into completely dropping the service due to unreliability.

Hi Bradley, we appreciate that feedback and sincerely apologize for the experience. We have waived 3 upcoming service fees on your account. Checking on this issue, we do show that we have a ticket escalated on this issue along with the the amount of the non-machinable price being incorrect. We value your feedback and hope to have the issue fixed as soon as possible. I have escalated your concerns and feedback to our senior tech team. -Sincerely, Paul

The worst software ever for multiple mailings
The worst software ever. Does not have a printer alignment setting within the software for their labels. Can't print multiple labels at once because they won't print correctly on the sheet of labels. For example, if you align your printer for 1 label, the rest of the labels won't be aligned. The history only showed 17 tracking labels printed when I had printed 33 labels. Therefore can't request a refund when printing error on the labels not showing in history. Stay away from this software. It is the most frustrating software I ever encountered for multiple mailings. Even if you are just printing one label at a time, it still has bugs and errors. Not worth it!!!!!!!

I originally had a Stamps.com account with over $1,800 in available balance. Trying to deactivate my account and request a refund has been an absolute nightmare. I was redirected over five times and had to make more than five calls just to start the process.
As I write this, I am still on hold with Stamps.com, waiting for an agent to process my account deactivation. I never would have imagined such hoops for a service that’s supposed to handle customers professionally.
I cannot, in good faith, recommend Stamps.com, ShipStation, or any of their partners owned by ENDICA.
