Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the fast delivery times and the wonderful value for money across a wide selection of durable work clothes. Many people appreciate the consistently high quality of the products, noting that orders arrive promptly and match their expectations. Some reviewers were not happy with sizing discrepancies and the unexpected costs associated with returning items that were incorrect. A few consumers also experienced occasional delivery delays or troubles when trying to exchange products that did not fit properly. These individuals noted that return shipping fees can be quite expensive relative to the price of the merchandise.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only. The Carhartt jacket was perfect! It was an Irregular (saved some money!), but we can't find what is "wrong/irregular" about it?? The jacket arrived promptly. I LOVE buying from "local" stores (& not Big brand stores). I will Definitely buy from Super Casuals again! Thank you for the GREAT customer service. I wish we lived close to your store, so we could shop more often.
