Ordered a circuit board for my camper fridge that showed "in stock" on the website. Waited 5 days and nothing so I called and was told the item was on backorder with no estimate ship date. Took over one month to finally get the part.

I have yet to receive the item I don’t know W where it is or why it hasn’t come. Email says it is shipped out somewhere but I haven’t received it Very disappointed

The part was correct and works great. Packaging needs a bit of improvement. The ESD bag meant to protect the component was not taped shut and by the time it got to us, it was just lying in the box not doing its job. Other than that, a great experience. I give the experience 4 1/2 stars.

We didn't get our order
We didn't get our order, it was cancelled and we were refunded. Assuming parts were not available but did not get any communication from RV Fridge Guys. Do you expect to restock these?

Carmen, sorry you missed the message. It was sent through under your account and states that the part is discontinued by Norcold. We would have loved to have kept the order for you but we're told it's no longer manufactured. It's not our choice...

Horrible customer service!!! Ordered a control board panel, order #1060069 and need status on the delivery date; however NO ONE answers, system doesn’t allow me to leave my contact info. VERY DISAPPOINTED. It feels like this website is a scam.

So sorry you had a bad experience... The part you ordered had a lead time of 2-3 weeks when you placed it. It's listed above the "add to cart" button next to "availability". I do see, however, that this was shipped and received on July 6th. Let me know if there were any issues.

We ordered the same part twice and tried to ask you to cancel that last order. I didn't get any return email to my request. Shipping wasn’t efficient and I had no choice but to select shipping that was more than the item cost. Three items came in three separate boxes for one order and at different times. Other than that - all good!

Kirsten, we had to ship these parts from different warehouses and one of them was a special order part we had to order for you. That's the reason for multiple boxes. Shipping can be pricey when things are shipped separately for parts that are not in high demand.

I ordered a circuit board and control panel. The checkout was so smooth I figured I must have forgotten something. I thought it would be a week before the item arrived, but it was almost as fast as a two day item from that big online place with very reasonable shipping! The web site was uncluttered and pretty clear, although when I first looked at the order, to see what time frame for shipping, I missed the “shipped” annotation, which was very small and unobtrusive. I have not replaced the items yet, but it is clear that they are new parts that were wrapped well! If I need other parts, I will definitely be a return customer.

Sergey, it looks like you did speak with us on this and I see that it was resolved? We filed a claim with the shipper and have refunded the charge. I am not sure what happened but it's showing 2nd day air on the tracking!
Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS. Their website misrepresented the color of the item I purchased and then they wanted me to cover shipping AND a 'restocking fee' all of which is nearly the cost of the original part. Their customer service is obysimal, they sent several emails trying to blame me for the mistake and refused to take responsibility even when I sent them side by side photos of their website and the item they sent. You can find nearly every part they sell on Amazon for 20-30% less and not have to worry about returning it if they misrepresent the part. It would not be surprising if they are just ordering the parts off Amazon and reselling them for a markup... I will definitely not fall victim to this scam again...
