The shipping worked well. However, I ordered the wrong part based on confusion with the description. I have emailed two times for exchange instructions with no return. I called the number on the website twice and the mailbox is full. Not satisfied

The shipping is the reason for the 2 stars. It took a week to get the part. You need to work at getting your shipping speeded up. I need to get my refrigerator up and running and instead ordered the part from amazon. It took 2 days and was in my hand.

If an item is unavailable or not in stock, setup your system so the part is unavailable for purchase. This would prevent having to go through a refund process. This would apply to purchases being shipped to another country. Make customer aware that you do not ship parts to Canada from the US.

If a part is unavailable for purchase, we do not let you order it. For some larger items that have to go across the border, unfortunately a freight forward needs to get involved. Sorry for the poor experience.
