3D Printer Sidewinder
The package that was purchased (3D Printer Artillery Sidewinder X2) came to my address as it was agreed. Nicely packed! Have not been able to put it together yet to see if/how it works but I can tell from the box that everything is in there. Good experience to this point - 5 stars! P.S I did put it together and it performs perfectly! -14.12.2023- I also bought a 10W Laser Engraver (LONGER RAY5) from TomTop...again, no trouble. Everything came as agreed, nicely packed and surprisingly fast this time! 5-stars and my recommendation.

Faulty merchandise with no compensation route
Ordered a vacuum cleaner which arrived with faulty battery. Seller arranged for replacement part but no shipping update in three weeks. They say sorry, no battery, but here's 20€ back!

Sir problem is the battery is not working.the battery was damaged to we I open it I fix in machine but nothing works then I cheque battery it was totally dead.my request is please send me new battery.but company want me to make YouTube video of the problem.i make it and send but still no action.
