you should add more banks or agencies to ease the payment for ticket, I have booked several times for my family during the end of the year but reaching to the process of payment I was unable to print out the tickets because there no nearest bank to pay for the cost of the ticket which make me not to process the payment

Travel a lot. Stayed at this hotel in past, nice. always click on 3 amenities. arrived, for 3 nites only to find out NO POOL. other hotels available with same amenities, but no refunds here, so stuck. asked for some sort of compensation. Comfort Suites said we had to go thru Expedia, Expedia said we had to go thru Comfort Suites. Over a week and still no results. One nite might have been forgiven, but not 3, especially when this is one criteria we always request.
I have always been convinced that being informed properly is the key to good decision, so far Tripbase has provided a good deal of great rates,
Since last two years traveled in above airline, very bad experience from reservation to food. Before it was a good airline but now not only much expensive but give you very bad stress.
