I have been a member since ShedRX. I did not have problems until the became TryShed. I have 29 billings for meds. I got TEN! Each time I notice an issue I try to contact to get a resolution. I get total run around. First Bot, then email, then phone calls with AI, then phone calls with "human teammates". I am told that supervisor will look into it but still nothing. I get responses that I failed to complete the online survey/appointment, failed to complete the 'zoom' appointment, etc. When I 're-meet' my script is changed. I am asked if I approve. I approve. Then I get told they wouldn't ship because I didn't approve. In other words, the problem must be ANYTHING but them. My latest communication included the following and I was assured that a SUPERVISOR would reach out within 24 hours. I waited 36!! "I would like to get a bigger refund/credit. I believe that 1197 for only 3 missed shipments is lacking on your part considering how much Ive spent for UNSHIPPED meds. As I stated I have spent 8831. (See listed items from my account below, FULFILLMENT indicating items received.). 1 @ 249 = 249 4 @ 399 = 1596 14 @ 499 = 6986 This is where I get the total of $8831. I will note that I have been given a credit leaving an outstanding amount for which NO MEDS were received of $7634, Therefore I would like to get refunded the amount of $7634." Restarted process today. Also began a BBB complaint and am looking for a lawyer. DO NOT DO THIS PROGRAM

The medication did not work for me, and I canceled my account. Even after cancellation and understanding that it is ineffective, Shed is still shipping to make the money. I will now have $369 worth of medication I can't use. Beware that Shed has a cancellation policy with a long amount of advance notice that enables charges in the future. Consider going elsewhere.
