Ultimate Guitar

A cool collection of tools for Musos of all levels

I've been using UG for years and it's a pretty cool collection of tools to easily learn new songs like "Official" tabs and chord charts, a vast library of chord diagrams, simple key transposition and play-along backing tracks just to name some of he best bits. On the down side there can be dozens of different personal "user" interpretations of keys, chords and tabs for the same song which can make it challenging to find the right one sometimes, and even the Official tabs might need adjustment to get them into the same key as the artist's original recordings which can be frustrating if you're trying to do it on the fly at a rehearsal...

This is the way

I've been using Ultimate Guitar since 2014 and it has been the best learning tool for me to teach myself guitar and understand more about music as a whole. I will always love UG.

Ordered your package deal of guitar…

Ordered your package deal of guitar lesson books at the beginning of the year (Order # 240716) and have not received yet. I have been in contact several times and I am told my order has been received but.... but... but... never have received a delivery date!

It's just the best place to learn songs and push yourself to get better at your chosen instrument!

Best guitar teacher on the internet

I've bought 3 online guitar tutorial subscriptions in the past and this is by far the best. Lessons are short and bite sized which enables you to fit one into even the busiest of schedules. Dave's teaching style is clear and concise with excellent online tools such as video, on screen chord charts and finger placement and downloadable pdf tabs and backing tracks. I think he is the best guitar teacher on the internet and totally recommend his lessons and courses.

Always help

A great help by finding the right chords

Everything you need to learn songs

Virtually any song I want to learn is in there. I especially like that the songs chords will show for ukulele, with the fingerings.

These guys are great

These guys are great. I love the web site. I did try to buy a subscription for a granddaughter and that link did not work and they never got back to me. But the service I do have is great.

Don’t hesitate for a moment in buying this!

This app has brought me many hours of enjoyment of being able to play some chords, sometimes using the tabs as well, singing along with the chords, and then, every now and then, sharing those songs with people I know. In my opinion, it is an exceptionally great value.

It’s a great app and I use it frequently

The only website I use for guitar tabs/chords…

It's the only website I use for guitar chords, tabs and lyrics (the rest are shite by comparison)

Excellent app

Excellent app, it has helped me improve my skills by far more than any other tool I've used in my 20+years of playing. Totally worth investing on.

I am member of UG since a couple of…

I am member of UG since a couple of years because I need sheets with lyrics and chords for my band. The sheets are great. Wht I really dislike is that UG tries to sell kind of lessons or stuff. I am not interested in that stuff because I always decide on what I learn myself. There is no need to change my system running 50 years meanwhile.
