This company continues to do a great job when it comes to customer service and standing behind their product. I have multiple batteries from them now in several different builds in everything from a single 200 watt panel and 100 ah battery to 4K system and multiple 460 ah batteries. All have performed great. I have yet to reach out with a question where I have not received a response within hours. This time was no different where Jovie quickly responded with answers to my questions and supported as I have come to expect.
(Order# 17683) I ordered and received the 48V 150 ah golf cart battery to replace the lead acid batteries in my 2001 EZGO TXT. The packaging of the parts was very good with everything included. Delivery was within 5 business days of placing the order, with the charger shipped by FedEx and the battery by UPS but both arriving on the same day. The quality of the battery, the hardware and charger is exceptional. Installation was very easy, taking less than two hours. The range of my cart went from 10-12 miles to possibly 50+. I haven't had the time to conduct a full range test but by my state of charge meter, I am using 2% per mile. I drove it for 10 miles several times with my state of charge still showing 80-82%. I am very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend the same.

I've purchased a 48V 105Ar battery replacement kit for DIY project on my YAMAHA Drive 2 golf cart. The market for the kit is overheating! So my choice is based on several factors: 1. Vatrer has a customized kit spatially for YAMAHA Drive 2, Long Vatrer warranty period, Good reviews on product design and quality, Price - $1,501 for the battery, charger, touch screen panel and connecting cables, and finally AI also include Vatrer in its short list of recommended brands in my price range. Forget to mention that the battery has blue tooth installed to communicate with the Vatrer app on your phone. The purchse process was fast and easy and delivery didn't take long. The product I received looks and feels great! Manuals and instructions could be more informative, but AI gave me all information I need. I've complete my DIY project now. The battery works as shoud be, charging with no problem. The panel displays all three screens. I'm happy! The reason for 4 stars is just a 2 days I'm using it. So far so good!

I made a mistake in my order and they were able to correct it without problems. Then, I had several questions about the batteries that I bought and Jovie always provided intelligent responses, which is not all that common from many of the venders. 2x 300AH batteries in parallel making my remote work world so much better!
Already dealing with rude and poor customer service. They are misleading about actual battery measurements and refuse to take returns when the batteries do not fit. In addition, they force users to make reviews to get the full warranty, so do not trust anything people post.

Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. I noticed the price dropped and called customer service to request a refund of the difference based on the 30 day price guarantee. My call was answered without waiting and within the day, Missy and Jovie had issued my refund. I will install the battery this week and from what I can see, the instructions are clear so I have no concerns.
I purchased a 105ah 48v in July of 2025. The system come with a charger and 12v converter and it’s neat and impressive. I fitted this to my club car precident and changed the carts performance and feel instantly. I have had zero issue with this but I have heard the customer support is phenomenal if needed. Stop looking this is a great lithium option
