We are extremely pleased with our new Vatrer 300 Ah lithium battery, recently purchased for camper trailer. After two years of frustration with our lead acid batteries, we can finally run our 12 V refrigerator at a constant temperature without concern for battery power. Four days of boondocking and the battery still had 47% state of charge. We love being able to monitor the battery status with the app!! I would also add that we have had great response from the technical support staff, both from phone and email. About 50% of our camping involves running 100% from battery power, so this is a great upgrade and relief. We can just relax and enjoy the camping experience without being concerned about the battery!
I had bought a battery charger a year ago it had to be replaced uunder the warranty this year , I have told them that the one I had needed replacement cause not working at all the right way , they did send me a replacement very fast as of they instructions I followed. The new battery charger works FANTASTIC . Thank You very much for your fast service. Everyone working with me were GREAT. THANK YOU. I definitely will order from this company again!
Just received and installed 48v 105 ah battery in my 2015 golf cart. Install was easy and the app makes battery management convenient. Already can see power and performance increase over traditional batteries.
I was able to deal with Janet, a very pleasant lady who answered all my questions and gave me a detailed plan to replace my two 12v 100a batteries which were damaged in the 115 degree days of Arizona sun. I'm taking steps to bring the batteries in the house when not in use during the summer. They have worked well in my trailer camping in the cool higher altitudes here in Arizona.

Customer service seems to be good. They responded very quickly and the Rep was nice. My Battery went into sleep mode so the rep said they would send me something to wake the battery up. I’ll keep you updated on how the rest of the process goes.
I installed the 48v battery in my 2018 Ezgo RXV 2 days ago. Installation was straightforward and operates very well. I have one possible issue where I can’t toggle the charge button to off. I have tried to call customer service but my call won’t go through. I have submitted my issue via email and will see what happens.

To start with I used Meta Ai app and asked what battery would be best for my rv trailer with 400watt solar. Top of the list was Vatrer 300ah battery. Vatrer web site was easy to navigate and order battery from. Battery was delivered in a timely matter and had great tracking. Battery monitoring app works good and has good features. I have used Vatrer batteries a couple of times for golf carts and have been very pleased with the product, packaging, instructions and overall packaging and appearance. First class operation....but most of all the top rating is because last order I had a defective part, monitor cable, and I was very pleased with the prompt replies to my notes, fast agreement on what the problem was and very fast response in sending a replacement. Certainly a top rating goes to the person who handled the problem of a faulty cable, Jovie I think was his/her name and confirms the high quality of the company.
