Ordered 2 tickets to a Fever game
Ordered 2 tickets to a Fever game, clearly purchased row 1, which the price was indicative of and what I received was row 11 tickets. Vivid asked me to return the tickets acknowledging the error, which I did. It's now been 5 days and I continue to get the run around with the event in a couple days. They've offered me row 6 seats, which I refused. Then they tried to claim that what I purchased was row I seats, however at the event there are row numbers and no letter I row. Not sure I will ever get tickets. Be cautious with transactions with Vivid. Oh, and their 100% guarantee is worthless from my perspective.

I prefer to have the tickets and not wait for them
I prefer to have the tickets once I bought them it feels more secure and is weird that it sends me to another page for my tickets and not have them on the app
