DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM VIVID: Bought 2 tickets from Vivid for a Concert in Las Vegas -flew from Maryland to see the Concert, the tickets did NOT work once we were at the venue. Vivid customer service did NOT help to get it resolved, I was then forced to buy 2 new tickets from Ticketmaster the night of the concert since the Concert was already Sold Out at the Box Office & it was starting in 5 minutes. My original tickets were $427.40 and my new tickets cost $799.50! Vivid would NOT take responsibility for the higher cost of tickets and did not offer any compensation for the difference in price! It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a human on the phone, you get hung up on & the live Chat just repeats itself with no assistance on the matter. Very dissatisfied with the lack of Customer service and taking no accountability for THEIR ERROR! Will NOT EVER be using Vivid in the future as they cannot be trusted and DO NOT stand behind their 100% buyer satisfaction guarantee! The ONLY reason 2 new tickets were purchased was because the Vivid seats sold to me on 6-3-2026 were a SCAM and NOT VALID, which left me with no choice. Take responsibility for the situation you put me in that night!
