I started using the platform a year back in the beginning I was using wise.com to be able to receive the payments but later this was not an option in my country anymore. On top of that stripe was asking me for a Social Security number that I never had, and I was so afraid that I was not going to be able to cash out all the money that I had inside. Few weeks later I received an email from Wishtender saying that they were not going to work with stripe anymore and that was the best news I could ever have, I messaged the support team about the situation that I was in and how my earnings were stuck inside and I was not able to cash out, I talked to Sam and he was always attended, was always replying me within a day sometimes twice a day and he helped me through the process in every step, keeping it super clear for me and I actually got my earnings from Wishtender! I’m looking forward to use the platform in the future as well. I just hope that they offer an option to cash out from countries like Turkey (: I appreciate you Sam thank you for everything <3

It takes a *lot* of praise/suggestions from others to get me to sign up for a new site. I don't have time to waste because every minute of my day is already accounted for.
So, I joined Wishtender with high hopes, and it did not disappoint. I've been on it since the beginning of December. Between now and then, my gifters helped me hit top 2%.
It's hard to get your fans on a site that's not user-friendly. So, the fact that they started gifting me within a month, AND without having to commit an unreasonable amount of time to advertising it says *a lot*.
I'm happy with it, and so are my fans! No complaints.

I’ve used Wishtender for over a year now, so I feel confident giving the platform a 5-star rating! For content creators of any and all kind, this is an amazing service, but ESPECIALLY for industries deemed “difficult to bank”. Finally we have a site for credit card payments with no chargebacks.
I have automatic payouts set, so I don’t even have to go in and push them through! The team advocates for their wishers and doesn’t allow us to be hit by fraudulent chargebacks. I was really nervous to try yet another new wishlist system, but this is far beyond what I was expecting and has become a core part of how I run things.
This is an amazing company, have had a couple problems with my account and the customer service is impeccable. Everytime i reach out, i get a response within 24 hours from a real person. Great application, will continue to use it
This was my first time using Wishtender and being a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to technology, I had, what turned out to be numerous questions regarding how the system worked that were not on the FAQ.
I found the site easily navigatable and proceeded to the chat room. On every single occasion the response time was relatively quick and my questions were answered succinctly and politely, at no time did I ever feel I was just being a nuisance. After my questions were answered I felt comfortable to proceed with my purchase and everything went exactly how I was told it would. It was refreshing to deal with a company that offered such good service, which is a very rare commodity these days. I can highly recommend wishtender, it certainly made 2 people very happy.
