I have really enjoyed using Wix as a platform for many years. I was getting to a point with my business where I was not seeing the growth I wanted to see in my business. I decided to go through the Wix dashboard and follow the SEO checklist and it was a complete game changer. I am getting noticed more with my Google ads and in the searches. I’m specifically targeted the client base and I want and Wix has been crucial for my photography business.
Horrible communication and refund policy. When attempting to see if i can get a refund for something I'll never be able to use they stick by that policy and refuse to issue even a partial refund. I felt like I got a response from a bot instead of a person because they did not answer my question and just repeated the same stuff over again. I'll admit I skimmed the terms, but I was under the assumption the 14 day guarantee would have been valid for everything. I feel like they do that just to get over on people and keep their money because they are heartless.

WIX products, services & support is priceless !!! Thank you WIX team
Spent more than 2 days and hired expensive developer to setup a wix store, got approved for wix payments and even verified wix account (they're using Stripe verification seprately to verify accounts) and still got my wix payments account closed without any reason. 21 July : Received full account verification email confirming account is now Fully active and verified. 22 July : Logged in to wix to see the account has been Closed. I was prompted to test payments functionality after I got approved which I did by making a small test purchase. I wasted money on developer, their premium plan and getting stonewalled now. Readers, bycot wix. Try and go for Shopify. They're atleast free for 3 months and better customer support.

Wix is my new bff y’all. By trade, I’m an Engineer, Sports Performace Coach, and Pro Dancer & Coach. With all of that going on, I have no training or experience with web design or any aspects of tech for that matter, but I built Wyld One on my own… a rock solid testament to the ease with which you can navigate Wix and the extraordinary elements made available to you by Wix. I had a sophomoric, short-lived, and janky (for lack of better terms) start in building my brand on another platform before closing my account and creating a fresh new look, brand name, domain, and site with Wix. The difference in the quality, navigability, options, aesthetics, and user experience is extreme. From SEO to email campaigns, Wix provides all of the tools you need plus a deep bench of resources that you didn’t even know you needed. Designing your site is so personal… it’s a public portrait of what you stand for, what your standing is in your industry, the principles you stand behind… I regained a lot of pride in what I was able to create because I had (and have) Wix standing by my side.
Such a dodgy company,this America corporation really takes the uk customers as fools! Suspicious policies and they take your money and will not issue a refund,would never recommend using this service. Worst experience ever! Do not recommend

I am so impressed! I had a frustrating experience related to my billing, so I reached out to Wix customer service, and they totally took care of me. I am editing this review, from one star (when I was frustrated) to five. Outstanding customer service! I will totally use Wix again, when I need a site.

I used wix years ago and had a good experience. Not wanting to learn a whole new system for my new website, I signed up again. Their new system is HORRIBLE! They relay way too heavily on AI. Have zero customer support. Their templates haven’t changed with trends at all. And customization is so much more complicated than it should be. I will be switching over as soon as possible. Complete fail. Every time I try to login to work on the site I end up frustrated and just giving up. This latest time I can’t even get on because they think I’m a robot after 20 minutes of clicking on bicycles and crosswalks and I can’t get a customer support agent to help without logging in.

Great experience in building the website. I found the application to be rich in easy to use functionality.
Horrible refund policy. Paid yearly in advance and missed reviewing my yearly renewal until it was 13 days past my renewal date. WIX would not refund even a prorated amount.

We love being able to easily bring our creativity to life and express it on Wix; it is a very intuitive and innovative platform.
First of all , 80% of wix websites don't last more than 3 months. They make their money by selling the idea that you can create a working website and be successful with it. The fact is their plateform is made to make you pay more and more without any good result at the end. You pay to build your project and at the end you have 0 visitors because their final products sucks, is buggy and their support can't help you to fix the code THEY created. 80 millions to buy base 44 was a big joke, the conceptors must still laught at this transaction of 80 millions for a tools that can't deliver a fonctionnal app You sell false dream and ugly websites. What a scam.
