I am extremely disappointed with Wix's predatory billing practices. They automatically charged my card €369 for a yearly renewal almost 3 weeks BEFORE my current plan even expired! Last year I paid around €180 and this massive price hike happened without any transparent warning. I contacted customer support on the exact same day the charge occurred, well within 14 days, asking for a cancellation and a refund. I even stated I wanted to stay with Wix but under a cheaper plan or with a 50% discount code, which they regularly offer. Instead of keeping a customer happy, they hid behind Section 6.3.1 of their Terms of Use, stating that the 14-day money-back guarantee applies only to initial purchases, not renewals. They refused to refund my money for a service I haven't even started using yet. This is an unacceptable corporate trap. Instead of making a fair compromise, they chose to lose a customer forever, face a negative review, and a formal chargeback dispute through my bank. Avoid Wix if you value your money and fair treatment!

So far 0 people have filled out form, Wix, I quote 'thrilled to see that your site is thriving', absolutely $0 money coming from expensive waste of time and money. Almost entirely driven by paid traffic on mobile devices (119 of 151 sessions), so you currently have very little organic.

The program is not as easy to use as they make out and they have very limited templates and usability. Customer service is useless and automated. Do not recommend them at all!

We're done our research and Wix was the platform we were looking for. Modern, integrated with everything you need from booking system, coupons, social media and easy ESO integration. Very happy with our investment and the 50% discount offer..
It was better 10 years ago when I used it. It's slow, hard to find things with so many hidden tabs, and the AI (Aria) is absolutely useless. I have wasted many hours trying to edit things, or even for the site to load so I can edit. AVOID.

I have been with Wix for many years now and found that the site is user friendly more than Wordpress which I found much to complicated for nothing. I have made many many changes to my website over the years with ease.
I had a very poor experience with Wix. Over time, they charged us more than $1,000 for web hosting, and the platform's interface was difficult and frustrating to use. I also purchased a domain through Wix, but they effectively locked it into their ecosystem. They required me to use their nameservers, so I could only manage the DNS through Wix instead of configuring it with another provider. This made it much more difficult to move my website or use third-party hosting services. To make matters worse, customer support was disappointing. Instead of being able to speak with a live representative, I was only given access to an AI chatbot, which wasn't able to resolve my issues. Overall, I found Wix to be expensive, restrictive, and frustrating to work with. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for flexibility, transparent pricing, or responsive customer support.

decent service designed to trap you. While Wix provides decent service, it also comes with a lot of frustrating sides. First, there is the attempt to lock in your domain by controlling the name servers or push you to buy a new one permanently attached to Wix. Second, forms have to be managed through the Wix platform, which is another issue. In my case, there was also a severe bug that caused some pieces of the design to go missing. Wix said this happened to multiple users, and it took them several days to fix. As a non-profit, I do take advantage of Wix's non-profit offer, but we are also bound by rules of data freedom and the demands of our donor, and Wix does not solve that need well.

Since the new WIX Studio, this service is complete garbage. Look for other CMS Tools than WIX. This is complete trash.

Customer service especially Andrea. She is so knowledgeable, patient and is a digger for answers. Resolved my issues which reinforces why I prefer Wix because of that service.
