As a 1,000,000 mile traveler I am incredibly impressed by this company and their luxury products. The quality is exceptional. I had a couple of questions about my first order and even asked them to honor a sale that started the day after my purchase. I received an email response the same day, they extended the sale price to me and even gave an update on shipping. Wool and Oak customer service is five star, first class and most rare of all…. personal. I only wish I found this company sooner.
Excellent customer service. Loved the personal interaction (not a bot!), the thoughtful assistance, and most of all... the bag itself! It just arrived today. My husband has been buying himself really low-quality garment bags that fall apart or aren't made well.. I finally told him to let me handle it! Found Wool & Oak online, and really appreciated the personal touch that I saw in online interactions. Gave me the comfort and confidence to support a company I didn't know anything about. The packaging was bulletproof: the cardboard box is heavy duty. Removing the bag from its lovely dust bag revealed a beautiful duffle. The leather is full-grain and of high quality. The stitching was clean and tidy. The external and internal zippers were very smooth. I received an email after delivery asking about the experience. This was an A+ experience for me, so much so that I ordered the matching toiletry bag.
