Xbox locked me out of my account and won't let me back in even if I do everything I am supposed to but I used to like Xbox but not no more they took all my games and progress away

Customer service is non existent

Nothing wrong at all with the console side of things I have a problem and I need to talk to someone but no mater how many emails I send or try and reset my password no one ever gets back to you and the AI assist is just stupid the customer service is terrible and there is no help at all I have been on xbox game pass for 18 years and have spent thousands of pounds im really disappointed.

Misleading of Games / Fraud

I've purchased a physical edition of Skyrim anniversary edition labeled as "Aniversary Edition" on both disc and case. Now Microsoft want to charge me Again for playing it as the "Aniversary Edition" that I already own. Customer service although pleasant to talk to have no access to systems and cannot really sort anything like this. No callbacks on raised tickets, ended up having to chase them. No complaints, blatant mis-selling by Microsoft. In case anybody in Microsoft even cares the ticket is 7104598466. I knew i should have gone with Sony, but live and learn.

It’s amazing Xbox can sell these games on their platform and then they get taken down. you lose all your money and in game purchases this is fraud as their is no description of them to ever take this down because it failed as a game. You should reimburse everybody who has purchased something in that game or the game itself. It’s not our fault your games falls through and this is not in the description but f these games to ever be taken down, your company is committing fraud selling games that aren’t games anymore. This company needs looking into as they owe billions to people.

How on earth are Microsoft getting away…

How on earth are Microsoft getting away with still selling new consoles, they are extremely buggy and don’t work! Had a Xbox series X console a week and I have spent 95% of the time trying to by pass errors and bugs. Can’t even add friends to Xbox 360 games. Can’t even return the console either, what a waste. Maybe it’s time they retire the gaming scene, clearly can’t do it right, I basically have a black fridge shaped paper weight on my tv stand. Going back to my ps5, will never buy Microsoft again.

Stay away from Xbox services

I would not recommend anyone to buy a Xbox system the customer service is terrible, after spending over $1,000 to complete the system to play flight simulator 2020 and doing numerous updates the game keeps shutting down, I call customer service about three times this week for help and they only answer I keep getting from them is somebody will contact you within 24 to 48 hours ,every time I try to keep calling them they call keep dropping or they keep telling me somebody will get back to me in 48 hours, terrible service terrible game stay away from Xbox

Xbox is completely garbage

The absolute worst customer service in the world, they put you on hold and they disconnect the call after 30 minutes half of the representative don't even speak English so much for outsourcing ,you get nothing resolved dealing with them.. Stay away from Xbox

Stay away from Microsoft

So all of my emails from Microsoft got hacked. After providing all of my credit card info, login credentials, past purchases..they have locked me out while simultaneously charging my card on file. I cannot stop the charges unless I dispute with bank. I have thousands of dollars worth of apps and games that I will lose access to forever. There is no human to speak to for customer service. Only AI and automatic replies. For a company that's based on tech, their tech is the absolute worst. Do not do anything with this company unless you want to lose money, time and patience.

Trash console

Trash console, trash membership. If you're getting bullied via messenger by someone who hates life and can't be happy, and then tell them where to stick it, they ban you, not the instigator. Spend money on a PC and get a valve membership and skip the joke that is Microsoft in its entirety.

Garbage customer service

This is copied and pasted from an Xbox customer service email regarding a refund. "Thanks for contacting Microsoft Support for Xbox We understand you're following up on the refund request submitted on 6/7/2026. After conducting an additional review of the account, we’ve confirmed that it does not meet the eligibility criteria for a refund. While we acknowledge your ongoing concerns and have provided all available information regarding this matter, our decision remains final. To avoid further repetition, since our team is unable to offer a different resolution, we will be closing this case and will not respond to additional messages related to it." This is how they treat customers. I have been faithful to xbox since 2009 and spent thousands of dollars between game pass, consoles and games. I am done.

Bad bad bad bad very bad

Basic Game Pass = No online multiplayer.

Imagine needing to purchase the 2nd subscription package to even play the online multiplayer of a game you already own (not via game pass) Thieves, The basic game pass should allow you to play multiplayer games you already own, Xbox will die when Steam releases its console and I'll be laughing.

Forza Horizon 6 on PC

Buggy, under-engineered, and poorly developed. Major issues remain since Forza 4 and they won't fix them. They are depreciating Forza 4 and WILL kill it. They ruined Estates because of their POOR ENGINEERING How bad do you have to be to require multiple patches every day, WEEKS after launch? Tires are STILL broken. Seasonal challenges are MISLEADING and RIGGED. Seasonal Challenge achievement was BUGGED for MONTHS Yashiki House: Bugged AF STINGY WITH SKILL POINTS AS IF THEY WERE FAMILY HEIRLOOMS Race difficulty is ignored, especially for seasonal events with NO NOTIFICATION Poor design choices include: Force you to the Garage for upgrades Cannot look at mastery until you purchase the vehicle.
