Fantastic customer service and a great app

I use this app on my ipad, it's really intuitive and a great, environmentally friendly way to read magazines. I recently had an issue with a magazine subscription auto-renewing earlier than expected before I could cancel it. I reached out to Zinio via their website who responded and resolved the issue within just a few hours. Fantastic service! Zinio often have offers on their subscriptions and I'm looking forward to choosing my next magazine with them.

There was an error

There was an error, and charged my CC account, but was reversed immediately as soon as I brought it to their attention. I have been a customer for many years, and mistakes have been few and far between, and always fixed to my satisfaction swiftly. I highly recommend Zinio for any magazine purchases!
