Error of 5 devices log on. Only one device was used to sign on with. Support staff was able to clear the error in a reasonable time frame. and made me happy!

love the range of magazines and the prices for subscription. The only issue I have is that the subscription auto renew option sometimes turns itself back on, so needs to be watched
