I finally found a pair of sandals wide enough to house my swelling feet. They seem sturdy and good quality, but the soles are thin so I can’t stand in them for long. I’ve had many misses with Wydr as they only make a 2E width and not a 4E. That meant a lot of buying and returning, making my biggest complaint with that process. The shoes are shipped from China and take forever to arrive. Then you have to email a request to return the shoes, then they request your foot measurements in cm. (Why? To judge if you chose poorly?) Then they send a US shipping label but deduct the cost from your return. For a $150-$200 pair of shoes that seems absurd. They need a quick and easy return portal and faster shipping.

As you know, our shoes are made true to 2E or WW – which means that if you fall into another width category, with your measurements our team can provide personalised recommendations on styles or sizes that should fit you.
With regards to our returns process – if you try to return your items within the 30-day return window, your US-based return is free of charge! However, we are unable to refund you for the shipping of the shoes when they arrived to you – this is standard practice across most brands.

I unfortunately had to return a pair of Wydr shoes just because the style I chose didn’t work for my foot. It was a real bummer because the shoes were beautifully made!
The customer service on returning my shoes was very clear, detailed, and they were very open to feedback about why I needed to return their product. They provided quick and clear communication during every point of the return process.
Even though one specific shoe style didn’t work for my feet, I feel at ease to try other products because their customer service and return process was so detailed and easy!
Excellent customer service, buying shoes online is normally difficult however the Wyder team make the experience easy. I ordered some shoes had the sizing wrong but the team were fabulous and we worked out the correct size and was sent them straight away. The shoes are fantastic, comfortable and excellent quality. I highly recommend Wyder and will order from them again.
Unfortunately the shoes I ordered did not fit. The return process is a little bit difficult because it takes a few email messages to get the job done. Once it was approved it was fine. The products are very nice.
Shoes are nice quality, unfortunately I picked a style (penny loafers) with an almond toe and while they fit me comfortably across the ball of my foot they are toe squishers! My fault really. I had to remove the liner for a comfortable width fit and now I am trying a stretcher to push out the toe box area. Otherwise vey nice and I will try this brand again.
I was skeptical on width as purchased many styles claiming wide width from various companies BUT I’m very pleased to write they fit perfectly! I have very wide feet, these shoes are not only very comfortable they are WELL made! I’m will be a returning customer. The quality of the shoes are fantastic, and they ACTUALLY fit my wide feet! Also, the customer service is excellent, as I had an issue with the shipping service due to my rural location, and the support team at Wydr replied right back to me and were willing to help me with some creative solutions! Thankfully it all worked out and I got my beautiful shoes!
Bought these shoes for my sister a she loves them! She’s glad she sized down because she sizes up due to needing wider shoes. Her shoes were a hit with all her friends and she lots of compliments!

No longer relegated to the unisex mens sandles, has invigorated me to explore the possibilities. I have 9 pair of wydr shoes . 8 /9 fit great . The slide in loafers I could Not get my foot into . I didn’t mess with sending them back and have been trying to find someone who will appreciate them to give them to . I have very wide feet and bunions. I am so thankful I found WYDR !! Previously I had to wear ugly men’s atheletic shoes which are very limited in color for the xtra wide sizes . I could never wear a dress because I couldn’t find cute shoes to match . I find myself wanting to order “spare pairs “ to put back in case your company closes . I do wish they arrived faster but they are certainly worth the wait !! My family is aware that the gift at the top of my wishlist for Christmas and birthdays is WYDR shoes .
These shoes are the only shoes I've found that are almost too wide! They fit almost perfectly and I am so happy to finally have a real option for comfortable and cute shoes. I just wish they offered more half sizes.
Truly amazing customer service! I struggled with fit in the Reese loafers, even after exchanging for a different size. The folks at Wydr reached out and helped me work through the fit issues, AND sent me a different pair of loafers in a half-size bigger (the Reese were not available in half sizes) at no cost. these are the only cute shoes that have ever fit me. you can get trendy styles made for actually wide feet. you don't have to trust reviews. use the size chart to see what size will fit. wydr customer service if you are listening, you need a wide flip flop!
