I returned my 9 year old son’s yeti because it kept getting moldy and I haven’t received a replacement or any kind of compensation, it’s been well over a month since I did the return.

Hi there, It looks like your warranty claims in question have been around leaking from your Stronghold Lid. It does not look like it was explained upfront: our Stronghold Lid is not fully leakproof. Some leaking is expected depending on how the Travel Mug is moved or shifted, especially while full. If you have further questions, please let our warranty team know.

Hi Matt, It sounds like you're seeing water spots on the exterior DuraCoat of your Ramblers. These can occur when mineral-heavy water lingers on the DuraCoat surface after washing. The spots can be removed. Run the drinkware in question through another dishwasher cycle on a high heat setting. Once the cleaning cycle is complete, promptly remove the drinkware and hand dry them instead of letting them run through the drying cycle. This should eliminate the spots, though can take a cycle or two to completely remove.

We quote upfront that custom drinkware will take an estimated 1-2 weeks to arrive, with holiday seasons potentially taking longer. Your drinkware looks to be arriving today, exactly two weeks since you submitted your order. If you would prefer to receive any future orders in a more timely manner, we recommend ordering non-custom items instead. Expedited shipping options are available for non-customized items if desired.
