The ceramic lined mugs are crap

The ceramic lined mugs are crap, my wife’s mug is already chipping, it’ll be her second return, no other yeti product has been as fragile and underwhelming.

I was very pleased with the warranty service for my yeti mug. The only downside was that I couldn’t get my original Color which I do understand because it was discontinued.

The warranty and accepting back the product, the ease of submitting claim, sending shipping label and email communication through it all. I almost just threw the cup away and someone reminded me of the warranty in your products and gave it a shot and got another great cup to enjoy.

Terrible Cooler!

I purchased a cooler for a gift. It did not keep anything cold. My inexpensive cooler keeps drink colder substantially longer. I tried with ice as well as the ice packs sold by Yeti. I went in to the store for a refund and discovered they don’t refund anything!! Never again.

Yeti replaced one of our yeti dog bowls…

Yeti replaced one of our yeti dog bowls with peeling coating without a fuss. Easy process under warranty and great customer service. The only thing I wish is that they would have let us get a plain stainless steel replacement since we’re worried that the replacement would also peel. We already have another one of our yeti dog bowls that is starting to peel in the same way

I was pleasantly surprised by Yeti’s Customer Service response to my inquiry. They offered helpful suggestions to resolve my issue and were fair and reasonable throughout the process. After requesting video proof, they promptly agreed to replace the product. It’s impressive to see a company stand by its product and deliver on its quality promises. Yeti products are reliable, cups hold hot and cold for long time spans. Customer service replaced my handled cup with no questions or complaints within days. Very satisfied.
