ZOX "PRADA" PR 17 WS

I have shopped with ZOX before, but unfortunately this experience has been extremely disappointing. The product took around a month to arrive, and the customer service was incredibly slow throughout the process. They rarely replied to my messages, and every response took several days. When the sunglasses finally arrived, it was obvious they were not authentic. I even took them to a sunglasses store to compare them, and the materials and overall quality were completely different. For £80, you would at least expect a decent-quality replica, but these were of extremely poor quality. After only two weeks of use, I placed the sunglasses in my bag and the lens broke. The build quality was unbelievably cheap. I contacted customer service straight away. They kept asking me to send photos, which I did. A few days later, they claimed they hadn't received them and asked me to send them again, so I did. Since then, I have continued chasing them, but nothing has been resolved. It has now been over a month, my sunglasses are still broken, and I have received no meaningful support. Overall, this has been a terrible experience. Poor product quality, very slow customer service, and no resolution to a genuine issue. I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company.

Great Customer Service

Had to contact customer service for the first time in the roughly two years I've been buying from this company. The person who helped me responded very quickly, was helpful, and had my issue resolved fast. I've been really happy with everything I've bought from them with just this one really minor issue and as easy as it was to get this handled, I have no worries that if I ever have any reason to contact them again, their customer service will be just as excellent.

Love all the ZOX products I have purchased. They have a great reward point system that helps with future purchases and keeps me coming back, lol.My original purchase was because they had beautiful watch bands for my Pixel watch (those are hard to find) but now I have bands, keychains, charms and even joined a club. Love all my purchases and have even given a few as gifts to my children. I would also like to note that their customer service is top notch. I have had a few minor issues and they answered quickly and took care of the issue with no problems. Very great to work with.

I contacted Zox customer service after my grandma passed away, hoping to be able to receive a matching Zox “love remembers” bracelet like she has worn for the last 4 years quickly. Sarah messaged me back within a couple hours, expressed her condolences and set up the transaction invoice with expedited shipping. She wrote me back again to tell me that her thoughts would be with me on the funeral date and of course sending big hugs. 🤗 In a world where so much is becoming automated it was such a relief to communicate with a person, and a caring one at that! Awesome Pooh theme

I love the new Winnie the Pooh line of bracelets! They are so cute and fun. However, I haven't been able to get the "interactive" part to work yet. I will try again on a day I have more time.

Best Customer Service/Quality Products

Was turned on to ZOX via a gift to my kids. Did the research to find they are a great company. I've been wearing ZOX for several years now. Bracelets, watchbands, key chains, and phone wristets. The key chain/wristlets are my absolute favorite!! I've got 4 of them and 3 watchbands. So much fun and great reminders. But they have the ABSOLUTE BEST customer service. Everyone who has contacted me, be it to confirm an order, get a replacement, or whatever.

Customer service at ZOX has always been the best...quite literally, the best brand when it comes to quick and considerate service.
