LOVE everything about ZOX The designs are beautiful, the customer support team has always been understanding and helpful if something goes wrong, and the positive messages are so very helpful for someone with a lot of stress. Having that wrist hug and reminder “you got this” is so welcoming.
ZOX is great, even when there’s an issue.
First off - ZOX is a fabulous company! How they’re made & what they stand for. I enjoy wearing their bracelets, using them for keys, luggage tags & for gifting. There was a problem with one of my orders. Customer service was quick to reply to my request for help & solved the issue first contact.
They ruined the design of the watchbands
I have purchased watchbands from Zox in the past and loved them. They recently changed the format of their watchbands. The old format had the band with the connector already attached, so all you had to do was attach it to your watch and you were ready to go. Now you have to buy the connector separately and attach it yourself. the small pin is difficult to maneuver, especially if you have large hands and fingers. It also seems less than secure, as if the pin could fall out and your watch will fall off. I do not like the new design of the watchband, and will no longer purchase them from Zox unless they return to the old design. Why pay more for an inferior product.

Hi Michael! Thank you so much for being a longtime watchband fan! It really means a lot, and I completely understand the adjustment that comes with a format change, especially when the original was working well for you! I did want to ease one worry, the pin has a spring mechanism that locks it firmly into place once it's in place. As long as you feel and hear that click, your watch is secure. The new connector format was actually something we introduced in response to feedback from a lot of customers who wanted more flexibility in how they set up their band, so while I know it's not the preference for everyone, it came from a genuine place of trying to listen to as many folks as possible. That said, the difficulty with maneuvering the pin is really helpful feedback and I'm going to pass that along to our team! I hope you'll give it another shot, but either way, I'm grateful you shared this. Thank you!! 😊

I bought a watch band and it’s already disintegrating on the inside I did reach out, I bought my band with points, you offered to replace…. I don’t want it, it’s not Made well, or give me 3.00. No refund on Points. Hassle I did send you pictures after I wore the watch band for only 10 days. Do better. Order 33671450 Update. ZOX did refund what I spent, in money and points. They did right by me. I do wish it would have been handled in private the first time I reached out. So I wouldn’t have had to complain in public. So somewhere between one star and four stars.

Absolutely love the Bible Verse…
Absolutely love the Bible Verse bracelets. The color options and choices of sizes seem endless. Purchased a few as gifts for my family and have already decided to order several more as Christmas and Birthday gifts for people throughout the year! Now to customer service... Amazing. Super quick responses and do whatever it takes to make their customers happy. Had an issue with a watch band and they fixed it right away. This is a company I would very highly recommend.
Exceptional Customer Service & Product
Customer service is top notch as are the products! I placed an order for a watch band and then realized it needed an adapter (it was offered during the checkout, but I declined it). I realized I did indeed need it after I had placed the order, so I contacted the company through their website and they responded right away as well as updated my order to include the adapter (FOR FREE). I have placed three orders from ZOX and will order again in the future.

Had a mixup with a recent order, and the customer care team at ZOX made sure I got the correct items as quickly as possible, even though I had delayed opening the original package and the items in question were part of a limited issue. They even let me keep the items that had been shipped by mistake. This is what a great customer experience looks like!

I love the quality of the straps and bands I've gotten from Zox. They are great presents - for ME haha and for others! On the rare occassion I've needed customer service, it's been outstanding and always meets my expectations. I'm so happy to have found this brand and do recommend it to everyone I know!
