We appreciate the feedback that we receive from our customers, as your feedback assists us in making improvements to the products and services we offer to our customers. While we do offer 2-3 day shipping, it is noted that we do offer free 2-3 Day Delivery on most items, see Product Page for details. In reviewing your order, we do show that when your order was placed, the "get it by date" was noted on the product page as 7/9-7/13. We do see that there was a delay with the order being picked up from the warehouse, and we do apologize for this delay. We show that the MPI Exhaust Technologies Bullnoze Series Clamp-On Dual Exhaust System; Turn Down that you ordered on 6/30 shipped out and the expected delivery date is noted as 7/17. Due to this delay, we issued a credit to your AmericanTrucks account. This credit can be used on a future order and is valid until 10/31/2026.
