I will never buy from BuddhaStone shop again, purely because the refund process is absymal. I bought 5 items in mid-March, these were received early April. I only wanted to keep one of the items.
It took numerous emails back and forth with Customer Services to get the refund details. In each email I clearly stated that I wanted a refund, and all they really wanted to do was offer exchanges - and every email was eating into the 30 day refund period. When I finally got the address, I discovered that it is in China, so no wonder shipping costs for returns are not included. However, I figured that the amount of the refund required even after shipping costs, it would be worth it.
What I didn't account for is that the parcel has now been sitting in customs in China for the past 5 weeks. I am now wondering if I will ever get a refund. So be really sure that you want the items you are purchasing.

Placed an order. Their sizing is off--even though I followed the chart. They also pulled a bait and switch, I was supposed to get a lined pair of pants--they were not lined. I tried to exchange for larger sizes. They made me send photos of clothes, photos of packaging...grilled me like I was under arrest and then told me they would send me the correct pants for "nominal fee" of $20.00. So..I spent over $70 bucks for clothing I can't wear--and another $20. bucks for the pants I wanted. Do not shop from them. Nothing Buddhist about them...and the pants were a rough itchy fabric

Wow I love these pants!
I was a little nervous ordering from Buddha Stone since the company is overseas, but the pricing and the quality I saw encouraged me to take a chance—and I am so glad I did.i coach swimming and I wore these beautiful pants last night to protect my legs from insects while outdoors, and I was incredibly comfortable. Even in the heat, I did not feel overheated at all. The fabric feels amazing against the skin, and I absolutely love the large pockets.
What impressed me just as much as the clothing was the customer service. Their team was kind, responsive, and willing to work with me on an order where the pants were a bit too small.
I am truly excited to have finally found pants that not only feel wonderful on my body but also look beautiful and stylish. I will definitely be ordering more from this company in the months ahead.

This company has a very poor return and refund policy. Their clothes is made irregular and you can’t try it on so be very weary of ordering from a company with such poor refund policies. Also, I have emailed them multiple times and I have not received a response. I paid through PayPal so now I have to go through the frustrating process of trying to request a refund through PayPal. But PayPal’s process is grueling and also sucks.

There is an obvious lack of clarity on their website as to shipping times/returns process. I ordered harem pants which were odd sizing and poor quality (badly printed and material very stiff). Delivery took 3+weeks with no updates from company. They do not list a returns address on their website and did not easily provide it when I asked to return the item. Instead they repeatedly offered a "discount" on my item should I wish to keep it. After several requests their return address was provided but they expect customers to pay return overseas postage, which was not made clear on their website. I would not use again.

Do not buy. Poor quality product from China. Terrible return policy.
The item arrived and is very poor quality. The sizing is way off so I asked to return. They made it exceptionally difficult to return the item. They made me ask 3 times to return, offering small discounts each time. The customer has to pay to return the item, and they ask you to lie to customs about the value of the product.
I would not recommend buying from this retailer at all!!

Avoid, avoid do not use this shop. The garments are very poor quality, the size is wrong and the stitching is very poor. Staff are rude and dismissive and do everything to block a refund. Then you have to post your returns to China at your own expense to get a refund. Why are these made in China by slave labour?

We have ordered over eight bracelets through them. We have had issues with half of them. It's impossible to return items to them, so I gave up and just started restringing our bracelets myself. The elastic they use is terrible. Half of our bracelets have failed. There are much better products on Etsy.

I ordered pants from Buddhastoneshop (I'm not into jewelry although they have beautiful things!) - wonderful fabric - 3 pairs of one design - and 1 other fancy pair! After a YEAR - and I had only washed the one pair I wear most and dried it (apartment complex washer and dryer . . . sigh) several times, I noticed one leg had shrunk a little weirdly. But this was after A YEAR! I took a photo - emailed it to them - only for their information - to avoid a possible future mishap on their end. I didn't want to exchange or refund - not after a year!!! Well, I just got a brand new pair the other day and I'm thrilled. I'm going to wash and dry them (on hot) a couple of times before I hem them - I cut the other pair down for capris - and I am Happy!! Buddha Stones is NOT Amazon, thank goodness. Their goods are coming from the other side of the world. Do a little meditation while your order is being shipped! This is a great company - if they have somehow slipped up on something - give them a break. The Buddha was human, too! He gave good customer service!

Terrible company- I’ve been trying to get my money back (as I’ve returned the low quality clothes) since February. They prevaricate and lie. They will respond to this and say ‘refund arranged’ but I have NOT had my money back and I keep emailing them and explaining this, I have been onto the bank and B.Stone cannot give me the reference number the bank needs to look into this. They simply will not help me get my money back. They should not be allowed to trade. I’ve done everything properly and am out of pocket as it costs £20 to post the clothes back to China if you don’t want them- which you won’t, inferior material.

Once I realized I had made a mistake in sizing (typical medium), I reached out to them right away for an exchange, and they responded promptly.
