I ordered from them and I received a completely different wig. The curl pattern is insanely different. I ordered something with big loose curls/waves and I received a wig with tight and tiny curls. I spent almost $350 on this. I hope to receive a partial refund but geez!! I am so unhappy.

Since the wig has just been completed, packaged, and shipped, the curls may appear tighter when you first receive the wig than they do after wearing it. You can gently loosen and reshape the curls with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb. With proper care and use, the curls will typically become softer, fuller, and more natural over time.

I don’t appreciate me buying this wig and I didn’t like it so I tried on several occasions to return it and was turned down every time! They told me to try the wig on in which I wouldn’t be able to return it and I don’t appreciate that. I would appreciate it if I could get a return label and get my money back.

I ordered a wig from GeetaHair (Order #GT101242) that was advertised in a muted brownish-red color. What arrived was a bright, unnatural red — not even close to the listing photos.
I contacted customer service the same day I received it to request a return, which their own policy allows within 30 days. Over the course of a week and at least seven email exchanges, they never once provided a return address or return instructions. Instead, every reply pushed a different excuse — lighting during their photoshoot, “natural variation” from hand-dyeing, or claims that the wig was “custom made” (it wasn’t; it was a standard listing).
When I kept asking them to simply honor their stated return policy, they responded by offering a partial refund instead — first $20, then $30 — never the return I actually asked for.
I never received a refund or a way to send the wig back. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. If you’re considering ordering from this company, be aware that their return policy is not honored in practice, and be prepared for a frustrating runaround if the product doesn’t match what’s advertised. I have reported their inability to honor their own return policy to Shopify, I will be reporting them to other consumer agencies as well.

This is a dyed product, and the hair color is professionally mixed and applied by hand according to the order requirements. Since human hair has a natural shine, differences in lighting, photography conditions, camera equipment, and screen displays may cause some visual color differences between the product photos and the actual product. Even natural black human hair can appear to have different tones under different lighting conditions. For example, natural black human hair may appear slightly brown under sunlight due to its natural reflection.
At the same time, we have already provided you with the applicable after-sales policy for dyed products and have further communicated with our manager based on your situation. We specifically applied for a return and provided you with the relevant return information. We have been seriously working to address your concerns and have not refused to provide you with a solution.
We understand that you would like to receive a hair color that looks exactly the same as the product photos, and we truly value your feelings. We are also willing to continue reviewing the actual product based on the information you provide and hope we can help resolve this matter through communication.

I've ordered from geeta several times before with shipping being very quick but this time it did take awhile longer probably due to the coloring and everything but I received my hair and it was great 300% density was 🤏🏾 no smell i love the hair and got many compliments on it....
