honestly I’ve never ordered from geetahair before until January and I got the Burmese curly wig in 28 inches and when I tell you it’s the best wig I ever had. The curls were perfect the hair was soft and it lasted me so long , I usually hate glueing my wigs on so I always get v part of half wig but I decided to switch it up and it is so easy to install the glueless wig , never had a wig so full and beautiful , I don’t see myself ever buying from another company again. beautiful.

They sent me the wrong order and refused to refund. They offered me $10. Geeta Hair Service Guarantee explicitly states that they are "Responsible for the goods that are... sent in the wrong type, color, or length within 30 days." I have gone back and forth with these people, and they are still refusing a refund. DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE FRAUDSTERS!

I I bought a 250% density wig and the hair color doesn’t look nothing like they show in their website and it sees to be 180% or less density and I paid almost $300 what a rip off I don’t recommend this company AT ALL! Product Not as Described – Escalating to Bank Dispute
I received a wig from Geeta Hair that was not as advertised.
The wig had coarse baby hairs, uneven lace ventilation, and a thinning bald area at the parting.
After much going back and forth. The seller refused a refund and offered only $10 + a gift card.
Because they refused to resolve the defects, I am escalating through my bank for a dispute due to defective goods.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL! Elsa has been going back and forth with me now 3 weeks when I asked for a refund simply because #1 my black wig I received is brown and red, and #2 strands of the hair fall out when I run my hands through it. I paid $315 USD for my wig and was offered at most a $50 refund and a $10 discount on my next purchase. Why would I purchase something else, if you guys can’t even provide proper service now? Plus she said if I would like to return it due to the purchase not being their company problem, that I would have to pay customs and overseas shipping fees. They don’t try help customers at all. I have not worn the wig, tampered with the lace, cut the hair, nor put any product in it and they know this, but still say I need to just give it a try and install it, I told them multiple times that I have no problem sending the wig back, I would just like my money. I’m beyond stressed going back and forth with them everyday.

Overall, I'm happy with my experience, and Elsa's customer service was amazing. She was very helpful, kept me updated, and made sure I received my order on time, which I really appreciated.
My only disappointment was that the wig was advertised as "ready to ship and dispatched within 24 hours." However, after waiting 48 hours and contacting them myself, I was told it was actually out of stock and still being made. Because I needed the hair urgently, my only option was to choose a replacement, which I agreed to.
That said, the replacement hair is actually really nice. It looks beautiful, feels great, and I'm happy with the quality. I just wish the stock availability had been accurate from the beginning so I could have received the wig I originally ordered.

The hair doesn't feel like yaki straight hair (which is what I ordered).The density is claimed to be 180 but it thins out at the end, looks like emaciated hair(looks like 130-150 density) It claims to be beginner friendly with the realistic hairline. I see no difference between it and other regular wigs. The hairline is NOT realistic at all. Advertised, it shows its self undectable by sliding the comb in between the wig and scalp, when in reality, the comb is so obviously there. It has serious potential but the whole idea of this product is so that I didn't have to pay an additional arm and leg to make the wig look realistic, unfortunately thats not the case for this hair. I'd have to go to a salon to make it work. Also, if you're dark skinned, this wig will not look good on your scalp. The lace is for ppl with Tyra Banks and Zendaya skin shade and not Lupita Nyongo or Viola Davis if you catch my drift. By the way this is with bleached knots AND putting my foundation on the lace so it can blend....it didnt blend.
The best option is to wear my natural hair.

Buyers, beware. This company does not honor its stated return policy.
I received a wig with bleached and plucked knots—a service I did not request. I have never bleached or plucked my lace because I do not like the appearance, and I believe it unnecessarily shortens the lifespan of the unit by weakening the lace over time, even when sealants are used.
I immediately contacted customer service, provided photographs, and explained that the wig had been altered without my authorization. Instead of honoring my request to return the item, I have spent days going back and forth with a representative named Elsa. She even acknowledged that the company bleaches and plucks the knots even when customers do not request the service.
Rather than accepting the return, I have repeatedly been told to “wear it” because I might end up liking it. That is not the point. I purchased a product expecting it to arrive in its original, unaltered condition—not one that had already been cosmetically modified without my consent.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. If you prefer your wigs with untouched lace or expect a company to stand behind its published policies, I encourage you to proceed with caution before purchasing from this company.
