The site says shipping is 3-5days. My order took over 2 weeks to come. I ordered a 613 220% density 13×6 HD wig. The wig I recieved is not a 22in 220% density wig. You can see the tracks through the wig meaning it's not full. It's not HD lace nor does it measure 13×6. On top of that I have SEVERAL short pieces. The whole unit should be 22in. And it sheds horribly, the reviews I read must have been fake bc they offer $20 for 5 star reviews! I feel like this company scammed me and I definitely wouldn't recommend!
Took 13 days to get to me. I explained How I needed It before a certain date and I was reassured it would be here but i was lied to. The hair quality is amazing. True to length, even a little longer. The density is amazing, get 225% if you want it thick. But don’t expect for the hair to be to you in 3 days it WONT be. & I live In the valley LA

Update: They have fully refunded my money for this purchase as of 6/15/2025. I was asked to send the wig back and remove my review. Unfortunately I cannot remove my review due to my honest experience. I can say I was fully refunded and satisfied with the outcome! I've update my 1 star to a 2 star for them fixing the problem!
This is NOT 100% human hair. Its a blend! I purchased the 220% 22 inch. The curls are pretty before you wash. Once you wash the wig it's all down hill. Its tangling and Ive had the wig for 3 days. I washed it twice and there's strands of hair that are now haywire and no matter what product I use it won't tame the frizz. Do not recommend at all! Don't believe the positive reviews on social media trust you will not receive a wig of quality. Took almost 2 weeks for delivery to Maryland from China.
The hair looked good on arrive but once installed it wasn't so pleasurable. Hair sheds a lot, too much and it kept getting matted and tangled real bad. I would not recommend hair from the supplier.

They say they offer a full return if you're not satisfied but that's a lie. I'm on my 4th email from them and they are not sending me the return code to return a wig I purchased from them. I ordered a wig and it came about 7 days days later than it should, the info on the shipper was not evident, until it actually got to my house. But worse of all, the wig had a jagged lace front which wasn't shown in the pics so it just wasn't going to work for me and I promptly requested to return it. Here are the many responses I got - you'll see run around, they need pics, then they want you to send it back and pay for it!! On their site they say FREE 30DAY return - IT'S A LIE!!!:

Hair itself is good quality but the shedding is unreal!!! the hair seems to find its way into the wig cap lace and through the other side so most of the hair is sitting inside the wig and when trying to fix it it sheds and comes out. Which is a shame as the cap fits nice and the hair itself it nice and soft. I took steps to get appreciate shampoos and hair care also :(

🛑😂🚨🚨🤮🤮 5/2025 Hermosa Hair stole $1,080 from me it has been five months. I return three wigs that were low quality and extremely bad. They received the hair because I put a tracking number. They refused to give me my money back. please do not shop at this company. They are thieves and they have stolen a lot of peoples money . I’m am suing them now they are thieves . 🚨🚨🚨🚨
I will never use this company again! Reached out on 4/15 letting them know I did not get my package! In return they said it was delivered when it wasn’t and all they could offer me was 33.50 as a partial refund when I paid 167.50! I was asked to take my review down the first time so they could submit a claim to fedex! Which I never heard back from! This is the worst hair company! I paid too much money to not receive my product! I would never use them again!
Delivery was prompt and the parcel was well packed with great freebies. The hairs are also very nice and feel soft and nice. I’m yet to try them out but so far, I’m pleased with my purchase

This company is a scam , don’t buy from here. The customer service is a scam they tell you to email if you have any questions but they will do nothing to help and will try to off your 20 dollars. I got this hair last week and it already looks synthetic I paid 200 for fake hair
Hair is fake done buy from here spent 225 on rubbish fake hair from china. The reviews are so fake, I only had this hair for 4 days and the back is already turning synthetic

I ordered a wig 2024 December. It was supposed to come before new year. The package was returned due to Adress that they had was incorrect. The package was returned to them. Until today they haven’t got the package and I’m still waiting for my refund. So unprofessional. Scammers I wouldn’t recommend
