Ok so this hair is beautiful…but the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because I was expecting it to be a bit darker with very subtle highlights & a tighter curl pattern, more like my own natural hair & what was pictured. While the front is darker, the blonde highlights are about 40-50% throughout. When the hair is wet, it’s more of a wavy/loose curl pattern but once it dries, the curls tighten up & you get a fuller, thicker look. I used water, a bit of leave in conditioner & a curl gel to achieve my desired look. Hair has minimal shedding & does not tangle with a curl comb. Still, this is a beautiful curl pattern, color & great quality of hair & I will purchase from this company again!
I don’t know what type of fiber they used on the hair that makes it tangle so badly. I spent over $300 on this wig, expecting high-quality human hair, but after the first wash, it completely locked up like synthetic fiber. I followed all care instructions, yet the hair became stiff, matted, and unwearable. A total waste of money, I’ve never experienced hair quality this bad. When it’s wet and brushed, it looks nice. But once it dries or after lying down for a few minutes, it gets tangled so badly and quickly that it takes another 30 to 40 minutes to fix. My hair usually lasts a year or more. This hair didn’t even last 2 months. I just bought this hair in December, Im so mad that I got ripped off and Im very disappointed. It seems like they’re paying people to leave good reviews. I reached out to the seller, I even sent some pictures to show them, but received no response. I urge potential buyers to be cautious this product is not worth the price. Buyers beware. this is NOT worth the price!
The hair smells so bad. Also tangles like crazy. Unfortunately I ordered a second wig before trying the first one. After the installation, I found out it was not real human hair (hates the smell and how it tangles). My stylist told me it was not real human hair. I contacted customer service to cancel the second order. However, they refused. A very bad business.

I ordered from Hermosa hair on January 24th because I saw that there were so many great reviews and that the shipping was fast. I gave a week and ordered another wig. This wig shipped out quick but the first one from the 24th of January is still so there and no response after 5 emails and the chat bot will not respond.

The wigs i got are so pretty but i had to customize it to my head a little because the ear piece part was actually covering my ear and instead of it being a true carved out section for my ear …i guess i got a big a** head but still😭. The ear section can be redesigned or completely just taken out however really pretty wigs. Thank you Hermosa🤍

This company is a rogue, deserves ZERO STAR, advertised products and got my payment but sent me rubbish and substandard synthetic wigs, not true to length, density or colour with patches of missing hair , delivery time promised was all a lie , took forever to arrive with temperamental service then it came not being what I ordered such a disappointment for Christmas for me and my daughter.
Now they have been impossible to get a response from regarding their rubbish delivery, I escalated the dispute with PayPal and was made to wait further weeks to resolve, case finally resolved and this rogue of a company expects me to pay for postage to return their fake products.
I paid for 2 wigs on the same day promised it would arrive within 24 hours it took weeks for each item to arrive and it was sent and arrived individually why? And both wigs were not as described at all why?
Please arrange to pick up your synthetic wig that you call human hair, which didn’t match the length ordered because if you sent me what I paid for I would not need to return the items, as you failed to keep your end of the bargain you need to arrange to collect your substandard products asap. Or send a prepaid postage with address to return your products to you, as these are useless to me.
I love the color & that the hair was soft with no smell. In all honesty you get what you pay for. It’s not the best of hair like top quality but it was doable for me “right now”. I needed it for my bday & bday trip. My stylists didn’t complain & was able to work with it. It did tangle a bit too much for me & can get a lil matted. Once i put water & conditioner on it waves came back to life & it look cute.
I recive my wig. The wig was beautiful. I order 14 inches but recieve 10 inches. Not happy at all. All I ask for is honesty and integrity when dealing with me. If I pay for 14 inches wig I expect to recieve 14 inchrs not 10 inches. I hope the company dp not expect me to pay for returning the wig.

I like the wig. Personally I say get 220 density or don’t get it at all. They look longer than what they say they are so 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽. It’s 613 hair it’s gonna shed. The lace melts well but the wig is small so you might need to cut it I had to.
I brought two wigs , and my first blonde one was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE it shed so badly my husband told me to take it off ! Even after washing it , it shed even more . Very disappointing. And the second wig shed as well !

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I recently ordered 613 bundles from this company. Upon arrival, I dropped them off to my stylist to be dyed prior to install. My stylist called me the next day to tell me the bundles were horrible quality and could NOT be 100% human as they advertised. They were shedding horribly, barely wouldn’t retain the dye, and became tangled beyond repair.
I have now been emailing support for DAYS and gotten NO resolve. I was offered a $50 refund, accusing me of using the hair, after paying over $170 for them and when I refused this as there refund policy states “ 1.If the returning is due to our problems (Such as: Incorrect products, Quality problem of products), we will provide a full refund for you.”
Now they are offering me only half a refund and continuing to argue me. This a SCAM and the hair is not good quality at all. Do not trust the reviews on their site and etc as they may not even be real. This is no way to do business.

The color is gorgeous and the wig is great quality. It comes pre plucked, pre bleached, and the lace is already cut for you. I would be able to throw it right on if it didn’t have a smell. That’s the only reason I gave it four stars instead of five. Also the company made sure to send me daily updates and made sure I received my package. I even received gifts with my wig; two beautiful sets of lashes, press on nails, make up brushes, a wig band, and two HD wig caps. I absolutely will be ordering from this company again.
This is the first time that I ordered a wig from this company and I was not at all impressed. The hair is too silky and it’s bone straight, it has no body to it. In addition, the knots were NOT bleached as described. I won’t be ordering from this wig supplier again.

The lace on the wig is TRANSPARENT or Swiss looking not HD you can definitely tell the difference and I didn't spend all this money to not get what I was expecting. Also the frontal is not a true 13x6 frontal like I was expecting. It still has less room on the sides by the ears to work with like most 13x6 frontals, which is what I was trying to avoid.
I would like a REFUND!
