I have been extremely impressed with both all my JOVS products and their customer service. I recently had an issue with my JOVS chest device when half of the lights stopped working. I contacted customer4 support, and they responded almost immediately. They made the replacement process quick and easy.
6Dmask and neck mask
I ordered the neck mask and the 6D face mask. I used both 1 time and the face mask stopped fully illuminating. I contacted customer service and they asked me to send a video, which I did. They confirmed they will send a replacement product. So far, very happy with their customer service! The neck mask seems to be working well but I have not used it enough to see any obvious improvement.

Jovs customer service has responded quickly and effectively regarding an issue with the controller of my laser device. After testing that the charging cord was not the issue they agreed to send a replacement right away. I am happy this issue was resolved quickly as I am delighted with their product.

Bought for medical reasons to assist with personal research on plaque and calcification. I believe the cuff may be helping but it stopped working. The company has assured me a new unit will be sent. Although, it was a struggle for me to send the images requested of the failed unit, customer service promptly responded (giving them a four star review). I believe the face mask is helping and need more time using the mask to see/experience results. I am curious about the test results of the infrared using my smart phone.

Pure Photoshop, Not Real Results
I was planning to purchase one of their products but decided against it after realizing their "before and after" results are entirely fabricated. I actually overlaid the before and after photos on top of each other, and they are an exact match, right down to the individual eyebrow hairs. Only the product effect was photoshopped in. I left a one star review on their website, but of course, they didn’t publish it (maybe it takes a few days to publish). It's incredibly disappointing to see a company resort to dishonest marketing instead of showing real results. I can't trust a brand that intentionally misleads its customers. I'm really tired of this kind of advertising which made me mad enough to write a review which is not something I normally do.

Customer Service is great I had a small issue upon delivery where I didn’t realize the neck and chest device was in a draw under the mask. I thought they didn’t ship it. Very clever packaging. Now I have an issue where some of the light are blinking off and on. There is a section that won’t stay on. Cust Serv offered to send me another device I’m able to keep the one I have. Not sure what I can do with a broken neck device however it’s nice not to have to have to jump through hoops sending it back And waiting for replacement. So far so good 👍
JOVS EMS Shorts Great Customer Service
I recently purchased the JOVS EMS toning shorts, and unfortunately the pair I received appeared to be faulty. The EMS stimulation only worked in the glute area, while the hip and pelvic zones did not function as intended. That said, I want to recognize JOVS’s customer service, which has been excellent throughout this experience. Their team responded promptly, was courteous, understanding, and genuinely helpful. They listened to my concerns without hesitation and quickly offered to send me a full replacement, which I greatly appreciate. While it’s disappointing to receive a defective product, I understand that occasional manufacturing issues can happen with any company. What really matters is how a company stands behind its products, and based on my experience, JOVS has done exactly that. I’m looking forward to receiving my replacement shorts and hope they perform as intended. Based on the outstanding customer service I’ve received so far, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JOVS for the way they care for their customers.

I want to write a review for any FUTURE customers that are THINKING about purchasing ANYTHING from this company. DO NOT!!! BUY ANYTHING!!! from them, l WARN YOU, because they ADVERTISE FALSELY, they sell products claiming they remove hair and when you open the package to read the manual for how to use the item, it plainly declares in the manual that it is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE AND CANNOT BE USED FOR WHAT THEY ADVISED IT CAN BE & THEN, THEY WILL NOT, I REPEAT, THEY WILL NOT, REFUND YOU THE HUNDREDS YOU HAD TO SPEND TO BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE behaviour for a business selling products that cost hundreds of dollars. If you buy from them and don't listen to this review, it will be at your own risk & loss. I am trying to save any future customers from huge financial losses and from going through what we just went through. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT. Do not believe any of those 5 star reviews that may not be genuine. I hope l have saved some poor person in the future from experiencing what we just went through! Do not buy from them, it is not worth the trouble and financial losses!!!!

I've used JOVS products (face and neck mask combo) for almost a year and have been quite pleased with the results I've seen after using it consistently. I feel like my skin is more even-toned and clear than it was a year ago, and my family has been convinced to go on the JOVS journey with me. Their customer service was also very responsive! While I originally had trouble getting into contact with JOVS through their email address (about a product issue I was experiencing), I reached out via their live chat service and immediately received a quick resolution!
