I recieved my first order today really quickly actually. I ordered some purses that are absolutely horrible! They actually look like someone made them on a sewing machine and it was their first time sewing the material of the purses are very thin and flimsy they are supposed to be small cross body purses but the strap would only accommodate a child ...if that! I ordered earrings that were absolutely beautiful and great quality. I also ordered a variety of Necklaces that I will not be able to sell because they look adultish but fit a small child ! I have 2 more orders that have been shipped one with alot of purses and I'm just afraid of what they will look like considering I paid $113 for shipping alone 🤦♀️ I will update my post once I've received my other 2 orders
To be honest I was a bit iffy, their customer service on the website itself is quite terrible, BUT if you contact ur account manager’s contact they’re actually a real person which i wasn’t expecting at all. they were so helpful w my orders, i currently have 5 orders placed. i’m a little obsessed
Received my 3rd order , as always good quality . My problem is shipping is expensive but their customer service is beyond excellent . They bend backwards for their customer satisfaction . Big ups to Kelly again , your the best customer service manager ever. I think a lot of online companies can learn a lot from Nihao Jewelry .
Nihao has high quality products at amazing prices. Their pieces often sell out of my shop. They would have a perfect score if there wasn’t such a delay in getting items shipped.
They respond to your queries before you make the order but once you receive it they ignore you. I bought a big order and many of the items arrives broken, I tried to place a ticket on their website 10 times every time it gives me error. This website is a spam. You receive broken jewelry, you can not even complain about it and you lose your money dont buy from this website
Bought some jewelry to test out the overall shopping experience and over time the quality of the pieces I purchased. Shipping was really fast, got my order 5 working days after it was dispatched. Customer service is also really good, they responsed to all my queries timeously. Love the pieces I picked out and not to mention that their jewelry is affordable to say the least. Will definitely shop with them again!
I placed an order with this company and it was, and continues to be, a horrible experience. I wanted to cancel an order, and was told it was already shipped, though their own website stated that it was still processing. They sent it all the way to the US and I contacted FedEx to have it returned to sender before it even reached my doorstep. I later found out that the package was destroyed because Nihao did not respond to no less than 4 attempts at contact. Only the supplier can file a complaint with FedEx regarding the destruction of the merchandise and they refuse to do do, saying that I received the package. This has been going on for 3 months. I do not have the product or the money that I paid for the product. I urge people not to do business with this company. They’re horrible.
So far I am totally amazed... I'm still saying it...THE PICTURES don't do justice to this goods..They are all amazing... I'm glad found Nihao...my items was also short on four things and I have been credited for that already...
I bought over 200 phone cases at wholesale costs. 62 of them were poor quality and would not be bought by any of my customers. Each customer service person would send me to another person to contact and it was like I was going in circles getting nowhere. Two of the contacts ignored my messages and the remaining hopeful one closed my refund request ticket to where I could no longer speak to them either. They said the cases weren't broken so they were normally not accepted unless broken but I could still send back...confusing. All I wanted was a return address to start return process and refund for the 3 cases I never received but no luck. I now have 62 useless cases I cannot sell AND a credit to my NIHAO account for several cases they didn't have in stock during shipment. I don't want the credit, I want my money. Its so sad it came to this, the remaining cases are great! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CONSUMER!!

I placed my first orders on neckpieces and a bag...The neck pieces where really great...camera did not do enough justice to them...But..the bag was not really what I wanted, I guess it's the camera's fault... Nonetheless their services are outstanding...I sure would purchase more items...
Took about 2 weeks to get my little basketball purse. It was cheap but I wanted to try it out and see if the website was legit. When I opened it from the package, I forgot I even order it because they crushed it and then wrapped it in bubble wrap. I had to uncrease the whole purse. The package was even big enough for the purse NOT to be smushed down soooo?? Oh well, I guess I got what I paid for but at least it came in. Not sure if I would purchase something else from their website though.
I’ve only ordered from this website once but the products are amazing! I am very happy to add some of their pieces to my online shop. I purchased belts and some necklaces and I’m very happy with some of them. I am giving it a four out of five only because some of the items I purchased were out of stock. However customer service has been great and have credited my account with a refund for those items
