Shoes sold to me were fake. Purchased shoes back in May and since I have purchased the same shoes direct from source as they restocked.
The ones purchased from Novelship are clearly fake and have visible differences to he original ones.
I'd stay away from this site and It would seem that many others here share this opinion.

Delayed Delivery, Poor Support, and a Shocking Refund Offer
I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from Novelship, especially if there's any chance you may need to return an item.
I purchased a pair of shoes for AUD 196.86 based on the estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout. Unfortunately, the order arrived well after the estimated delivery date, which was the only reason I requested a return. The shoes were never worn, never used, and remained in Deadstock condition with the original packaging and authentication tag intact.
The customer service experience was extremely frustrating. I had to provide my Order ID three separate times because I kept receiving automated responses asking for information that I had already submitted. It felt like no one was actually reading my emails.
After weeks of waiting, I was finally offered a refund of only AUD 55.48 on an order that cost me AUD 196.86. I have asked for a detailed breakdown of how this amount was calculated, but at the time of writing I am still waiting for a clear explanation.
If you're buying from Novelship, make sure you fully understand their return policy before placing an order. If your order is delayed or your circumstances change, you may find that returning an unused item is far more difficult and expensive than expected.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Novelship and will not be purchasing from them again.

shocking service, took many weeks to receive shoes and they were too big and their return process is complicated and expensive. Buyer beware!

Bought a shirt that was not authentic and then totally wrong size, they would only return the item if I lost , be ready for it, over $400 less than what we paid. NO NOT BUY OFF THIS SITE!!!!

Disgusting company. Cancelled an order in May and was assured that a refund would be issued within 5-10 days. A month has passed and it still hasn't happened. Have sent multiple emails to them, asking about this. They answer the first mail, ask for an order reference, then ghost me. Will have to get my bank involved at this point, as these crooks are clearly intent on keeping my money. Avoid like the plague.

I was charged twice and not received anything i ordered because it kept coming up with "something went wrong" and the money has gone from my bank... when I contacted them they ask for an order number that I dont have
If i could give a Minus star rating i would. I would highly suggest never using this company at all. It put through an order in April 2026 . Only for them to tell me that they have cancelled my order. And 3 months on i still have not recieved my refund. I email them every week since and still have not got my money back, There customer service is absolutely diabolical. Im still chasing them for my refund. Its all a big scam to get your money. And now they keep bombarding me with Marketing email for which i can not stop.
I ordered a pair of Jordan 1 low baned form Novelship 3 weeks ago and I still have not received my package.
I reached out to Novelship about the issue and they told me that the item was at Singapore, that was a week ago.
Either they have not shipped my item or its lost and now they are ignoring me and not replying to my emails.
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP WITH NOVELSHIP AS THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
As I said I was supposed to receive my shoes on the 11th and according to them it has been in Singapore since then. Definitely fishy
Awful company. Offered an expedited delivery at an extra (approximately) £20 for delivery between 5th and 9th June. Regular shipping took a week longer. The shoes still haven’t arrived on June 12th and expected delivery date is June 15th to 16th. After having several failed attempts at getting a response form their customer services I eventually managed to get an answer on live chat. They told me that they won’t refund the expedited fee because it only means they will prioritise your order, it doesn’t actually mean you’ll necessarily get your order any quicker. Total scam, I will never shop here again.

There was an unauthorised purchase on my account for the same item i had already purchased and there’s been zero effort to help resolve this issue.
You may get lucky with a purchase or 2 but when it comes time to help with an issue, you’ll not be able to get a hold of anyone.

The defective product was shipped as is, and the company stated that it had been inspected. A complaint has been filed regarding the delay, but customer service has repeatedly delayed, and legal action is anticipated.

⚠️ WARNING: Think twice before buying from @Novelship
I purchased a MIU MIU blazer on 12 May for MYR 2,726. It took over THREE WEEKS to arrive because of their own seller fulfilment issue. When it finally arrived on 4 June, it was the wrong size.
The item is unused. Unworn. Tags intact. I contacted them immediately.
Their response? A refund of MYR 1,783 — nearly RM1,000 less than I paid — with zero explanation. When I asked twice for an itemised breakdown of the deduction, they responded both times with "various factors assessed by our Finance team." That is not an answer.
They then told me MYR 1,783 is their "final assessed amount" and that I can take it or leave it.
So to summarise:
— I waited 3+ weeks for delivery due to THEIR fulfilment failure
— Item arrived wrong size
— Item is unused and in perfect condition
— They are withholding nearly RM1,000 of my money with no explanation
— They have refused twice to tell me how they calculated this
This is not a return policy. This is taking a customer's money and hoping they go away quietly.
I have filed a formal complaint with CASE (Consumers Association of Singapore) and will be pursuing this further.

I ordered shoes… it was taking forever to get any shipping info and I was gong to be away for work for an extended time… I didn’t want them showing up on my doorstep and sitting there for weeks. I reached out, was told the ordered had been canceled… then I start getting notifications about how they found a new pair of size 8s, and they would begin the authentication process- so their system glitched and when one pair wasn’t found (which is why everything was taking so long), it sought another, and produced a different order number. I reached out to customer services, with all of this info, and was assured the order had been canceled, I have nothing to worry about … well, guess what? It wasn’t! The shoes arrived, sat on my front step for 2.5 weeks. I reached out to Novelship when I saw the package on my cameras… they then began hassling me to let them know the status of the shoe. I was delayed traveling home, and got a couple snarky messages demanding an update- I responded that flights had been delayed, therefore I was delayed. I finally get home, check shoes and box, send pics to Novelship expecting an apology and shipping info… instead I was told I would cover shipping (approx $60) but they would refund me $58 total… so I would ultimately be out of pocket $204, and they would get to resell the shoes.
I would never buy from Novelship again. Super shady and infuriating experience.
Customer service is TERRIBLE. if you need to get a refund they will ignore you. Multiple emails messages on Facebook chat and they still cannot provide information on how to actually return.
do not order from here, the shoes was not right few slight missing details to the Asics plus the sizeing was wrong then when i went to return them they offered my 50% refund and would not give me a full refund, to change the size they wanted £40 i bought the shoes again from Asics and when i compared them both together you could see a massive difference i will never buy from here again poor service
I’d give Novelship zero stars if I could.
DO NOT TRUST THEM. It is daylight robbery. You will not get your full money back if you request a refund. It is outrageous they can get away with it — hopefully not for long
Received obviously fake trainers after waiting over 3 weeks. The support form online didn’t work so had to resort to emailing them manually and have so far not had an acknowledgment they have received my complaint.
Having now (admittedly too late) read the reviews on here I am even more suspicious about the outcome I am likely to get. Of course I’m expecting a full refund of the item plus all shipping costs.
Not sure how UK trading standards are allowing this site to operate in the UK when so many of its products are obviously counterfeit. Surely being a reseller marketplace is not an excuse under UK law?
Will update once/if I get a response and resolution.
But if you’re reading this, steer well clear and do not risk your money or time buying anything from this site.
