Do not use this company
Ordered a pair of trainers but it appeared my payment didn’t go through. Made the payment again minutes later not noticing the price had increased by £40 in the interim. They sent an email stating they realised my error and would cancel my second order. In spite of that email they dispatched both orders. When I asked to return the unopened second order they offered me a refund of about 35% of my payment and I would have to pay the shipping fees also!! If I return the unopened box they can sell them again! Immoral unscrupulous company. Do not buy from them and read the other reviews.
Misleading sizing information and poor after-sales support
I had a disappointing experience with Novelship. I purchased Nike Zoom Rival Waffle 6 shoes, order BPGR18QE2G, on 5 May 2026 and received them on 19 May 2026. The shoes were for my child’s athletic use. After trying them on indoors only, we found the actual fit was much smaller than expected and not like a normal EU 38. What concerns me is that other websites and retailers clearly warn that this model runs small and recommend sizing up, but Novelship’s product page did not mention this important sizing information at all. For performance footwear, this can easily mislead customers into choosing the wrong size. I contacted Novelship the next day and provided the requested photos of the shoe size labels. However, they refused any refund, exchange, store credit, or other practical solution, saying the labelled size matched Nike’s size information and the authentication tag had been removed. In my view, Novelship did not properly care about the customer receiving shoes that were not suitable in practical size. The return and exchange process was extremely difficult, and the after-sales support was poor. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious buying performance footwear from Novelship. I do not feel this was a trustworthy shopping experience.

The company is slow to communicate. Tried to cancel my order minutes after purchase They didn't get back to Me for 3-4 hours and hours was conveniently flagged as shipped before they contacted me to cancel it. And even tho they acknowledged it was mere minutes after the order was placed they still charged a fee Would not trust em. Lucky I got some money back
One star is too much
One star is too much Charged me 60 for next day delivery them bill me for a 220 pound Burberry cap that’s about as genuine as they are . They don’t respond to messages when you tell them the qr codes are fake like the whole outfit . The cap should have an ‘R’ innit after c am afraid .
Horrible Customer Experience. BE WARNED!!
Took longer than expected to receive order. The shoes did not fit properly, so I attempted a return and was told they would only refund 103.00, which was less than half what I paid less than 30 days ago PLUS I need to pay for return shipping. Absolutely horrible experience. I questioned this policy and was told this falls under their “change of mind” policy, when the shoes simply did not fit as expected and I cannot wear them. I even offered to take a credit toward another pair to no avail. Be very careful and understand BEFORE you buy that Novelship does not care about the customer experience. It is very quite the opposite with this business. Will do no further business with them. SNKRDUNK is a much better experience and better pricing with fast shipping.

Scammers!!! My wife bought a Kobe 1 protro and was delivered yesterday. I cant tell which pair is fake!!! But you can tell by comparing both the sneakers size tags.

Sent the wrong product and then gaslit when I tried to get then to correct the issue. Terrible organization don't bother trading with them.
Cancelled my order with no notice / email.. nothing.
Not gonna lie - the app itself is pretty clean. Huge variety of shoes etc which was great. Nicely presented (as you expect of most eccom stores etc), however, as a first time user / buyer, the average AI chatbot customer service was pretty useless. Automated messaging. Generic answers, and worst of all, after waiting on my order (in which they responded “it’s just going through our screening check”, I then randomly get an order cancellation / refund. No email to explain what’s happened. No “hey we’re sorry about this..”. Just a refund. Definitely won’t be using the platform again. By the looks of things, they have all these ‘verification’ badges, but other customer reviews say otherwise. 1 star for sure.

DO NOT ORDER ON NOVELSHIP I made an order for a nike x jacquemus shoe and they charged for 2 orders and 2 transactions. I did a cancellation of 1 order and it charged me a 10% cancellation charge plus transaction fees amounting to RM200++ which is approx 50USD. I contacted customer service and they mentioned that they will not refund me in full as I initiated the cancellation. When I complained further they didnt respond to me until about 24 hours after. They repeated the same response that they will not be able to reverse the charge for the cancellation and also cancelled my actual order due to not having stock of it. I clearly clicked on the buzzer that checks that the stock is on hand. This ordeal makes me wonder if they are operating a SCAM to try to charge customers for no reason and not deliver any goods. I have ordered with no issues before this although it’s always over the estimated shipping timeline. I have also checked on forums about people saying that Novelship is getting really bad with their service right now so I definitely will not be purchasing on their platform anymore

I think Novelship might be a fraud. I ordered a pair of shoes a month ago and they were immediately shipped to Novelship for authentication within three days. For over two weeks the shoes have been sitting at Novelship - it is now two weeks past the expected delivery date, and the only updates they will give me is that they are awaiting courier pick up. This is an absurd response considering that Novelship controls the courier pick up times. They continue to refuse to give me any credible updates. Given that they are two weeks past the delivery date, the shoes remain in their inventory, and haven’t shipped I’ve tried to cancel the order, but they refused to process the cancellation.
Dodgy company
Dodgy company - Want to return something and get a refund? Expect to get 32% of what you paid back - even if it’s in the exact same condition as what it came in - plus you cover the international return postage. So basically, it’s not worth it. You best hope you like it when it arrives, otherwise you’re stuck.

Bought something, waited for 12 days only for them to send me an email saying they will cancel the order. If the item is not secured don’t put it up for sale at your site, simple as that. Garbage management and system they have there

This business is completely appalling. I needed to return my trainers as after they finally arrived (delivery took weeks) they did not fit. Novelship told me they would refund me only $134 despite the fact I paid $347 for the trainers. Customer service appears to be all AI. Do not buy from this business. They are unethical and a complete scam.

Fraud never received my order
Ordered a pair of sneakers back in Feb 2026 to be delivered in Canada. They were suppose to be delivered between March 21-28. Contacted support in March to see what the status of the order was and to get the carrier and tracking number. They could supply neither. We are end of April 2026 now, as I am writing this review. Never received any tracking number. Never received my order. Pursuing refund and or credit card fraud.
I would highly recommend NEVER using…
I would highly recommend NEVER using Novelship. After waiting over 3 weeks for delivery my parcel was declared lost by the courier company but Novelship still refuse to give me a refund. I wish I’d never ordered from them. I have emailed their support team but get nowhere.
